Mattress Firm Outlet - Cypress Gardens Blvd — Hotel in Winter Haven

I’m the person not to do this, but I would not recommend Mattress Firm on Cypress Gardens closer to Legoland. My husband and I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm 7 years ago. We had to do a warranty claim on the mattress due to the bed starting to sagging on one side. Very easy process to complete. Got the warranty code to go get a new mattress. I had 45 days to complete this process. Went to Mattress Firm last Saturday to go look. Found one I liked but could not get until my husband tried it. My husbands got mandatory to work Sunday so I went back and completed the process fingers crossed that it all would work out. Was told our bed would be delivered on Saturday 6/24 and they would pick up old mattress. I called Friday to confirm everything and they confirmed and told me that they would reach out between 6-8 pm with scheduled time. Fast forward to 1:40 pm yesterday. Mattress firm came to pick up my mattress and when we asked about our mattress they didn’t know what we were talking about. They didn’t have put new mattress on the truck. They had already loaded my old mattress on the truck which was a challenge in itself so I let them take it. Called and spoke to the manager that I dealt with and he pretty munched blamed the mistakes on me. Told me that my deliver date and time was not for 6/24 and that he told me that he was going to call me on 6/24 to set up a time. Why would I agree to pick up my old mattress without a new one. I told him I was getting my mattress one way or another today! He told me I could go pick it up it is in the Lakeland store. Go to the Lakeland store in south Lakeland while it was pouring rain and road flooded to just learn my mattress isn’t there and there is a problem with it. So I ended up to see what other options we had. We ended up having to order a new mattress that we wanted in first place. Waited around to complete the process but I took awhile and I left the store. Called back at 8 pm last night and they told me that everything was good and we could come sign for it. Went back to Mattress firm just to learn that there is something wrong with the ticket and couldn’t be fixed for a couple of days. So now I have no mattress until this is fixed and most likely will not be until next week hopefully if things work out! Thanks Mattress Firm Cypress Gardens for giving me the worst customer service. Our reason for visiting this specific Mattress Firm was because they were the only location that had the Purple Mattress that could actually lay on and see how they really feel how the product was. We were immediately greeted by a very professional and welcoming Associate named Haley. She was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had and gladly moved from bed to bed with us as we tried several models out. We really had only came to window shop and compare not purchase that day. However with the outstanding service and product availability we purchased our Purple Mattress 4 with adjustable base before leaving the store. I feel confident that had it not been for Haley's exceptional service and willingness to help us find the best product for our sleep needs, we would have held off on the purchase until after the new year. Now the bed has been delivered and we will have a Merry Christmas and are able to Ring in the New Year thanks to Mattress Firm and Haley....

DYNAMIC DUO!!! Big shout out to Angel and Brandon. We walked into the store the other day and felt welcomed from the time we walked in, to the time we walked out the door. Angel really helped us to understand exactly what we were looking for and took the time to explain the differences between mattresses. After my wife and I narrowed our decision down to just two mattresses, Angel put the deal of a lifetime together, helping us to get into the mattress we never thought we could afford. Through the whole process Brandon was also very helpful, backing up angel 100% when we asked any questions. These guys made it a comfortable and easy experience.
