The Caribbean Bay Bar — Restaurant in Winter Haven

On Sunday May 25,my wife and I tried the Caribbean bar for our first time. We got ready to check out and retrieve our bank card because they keep your card when you order your first order. After a very short time,( we arrived at 2:30 pm, left at 4:00 pm. Stewart,who was our initial bar tender,was no longer on the premise. Upon checking out,I asked for a itemized copy of my bill ( I have attached what they gave me ).. IMMEDIATELY, upon my asking for a itemized copy of my bill..the bartender ( a male,beard,stocky and bald).. became totally aggressive and told me ( YOU WANT ME OUTSIDE ASSHOLE?) AT THIS POINT,my wife was begging me,( baby, please just go)...I went outside to meet this bartender ONLY because I wanted to see why, I was being challenged for simply asking, WHAT EVERY MERCHANT PROVIDES! THE bartender never came out, although a security guy wearing a white tee shirt with SECURITY on the front of the tee shirt did. I ask the security guy where this bartender was at? Upon questioning me, and hearing what I have posted,he said,... WELL,I WILL BE SURE AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT THIS! .... AGAIN, I AM INCLUDING THE...SO CALLED BILL THEY GAVE ME. that should show anyone reading this review,to PAY CASH,EACH AND EVERY TIME,at this establishment. As a footnote.....THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE, should understand...some people like myself who served over 15 years in a penitentiary, and have been free of any arrests in over 23 years since getting out.. Came by Caribbean Bay Bar the other day and was greeted terribly by a girl named Hannah if I remember correctly. I don't want to put any blame on her as is, but she coughed right in my face and it turns out I now have the corona virus. Other than that my food turned out amazing and the environment was phenomenal. Would love to come out again just not when Hannah...

Service was great! Drinks were strong however people were having a great time! I didn't eat there. ID check was at the door. Had some awesome security guards walking around there keeping everyone safe. Live band was playing outside on the covered deck...
