Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winter Park

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and make sure they didn't overcharge you. I don't think anyone who frequents DD expects great service. I don't even expect them to get my order right. BUT I do expect not to be scammed! I was getting my morning coffee from this location on a daily basis. I know how much I pay each time. A few weeks ago I noticed that the price had gone up. With inflation, I wasn't too surprised, however, the receipt stated that I purchased an extra pump of caramel swirl. I didn't ask for any extra pumps, but whatever. The next day the same thing happens, I ask why is the price different than what I usually pay? She says, it's because I asked for extra caramel swirls. I explain that I never asked for that. She took the extra $.25 charge off. Now I'm getting suspicious. The next day, I order the same thing, this time it's even MORE than the days before. This time they charged me $.50 extra for extra caramel swirls. I go in and talk to the cashier, who talks to someone (I assume the manager) and she gives me back my $.50, no explanation. At this point, I'm starting to realize there's a scam going on here. I will not go to this location any longer. I was overcharged a total of $1.00 in one week at this store, that's beyond a coincidence. Not to mention there were no extra pumps of caramel shown on the order sticker. I was so disgusted by this Dunkin' Donuts it isn't even funny. Never before have I had an experience like this with this chain! I was having a sugar craving and was next door to Pet Supermarket, so I decided to just pop in and treat myself to a donut. First thing I notice when I walk in was that the floors were extremely dirty as well as the tables. I walk up to the counter just as the worker walks away to go talk to a coworker. I'm deciding what donut I want when I see flies landing on them!!!!! When the worker comes back I told her "theres flies flying on the donuts" to which she turns around and looks, laughs, and says "oh. yeah." Disgusted, I go to the other side where theres baskin robbins ice cream. I ask for the reeses peanut butter cup ice cream. The same worker starts scooping out a totally different ice cream because all of the flavor signs are in the wrong spots. I told her that I knew that wasn't it as peanut butter cup ice creams are usually with vanilla ice cream, as this is what the flavor sign also stated. FINALLY I got my ice cream, which by then I didn't even have my sugar craving anymore. This employee knew absolutely nothing about her job and I was so disgusted to see that she didn't even care about anything sanitary. Will NEVER...

food, service, atmosphere EVERYTHING.. horrible. oh my goodness i have been a loyal customer to dunkin for YEARS, this year will now be my last. I came in 5 minutes after placing a mobil order and went to use the bathroom(disgusting and dirty bathroom) and when i came out 5 more mins later, i asked where my food is politely only to find out they still haven’t made it. after that they didn’t apologize or anything they proceeded to do another order that came after me, i said mine came in 15 mins ago maam.. she ignored me and then went to take a drive thru order. after 20 mins she slowly placed my order on the counter one by one and here were the results of my food i was so excited to eat. keep in mind i spent 10$ on lunch in this economy for this. do yall see the muffin?!😭.. sorry i mean CUPCAKE. my pumpkin spice with ESPRESSO is quite literally just filled with milk. such lazy rude and dirty employees spreads so much negativity into the community, i wonder how many people they do this to that could’ve saved...
