Robin and the young lady assisting us was absolutely wonderful. They were patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable — making sure every question was answered and every concern was heard. The way they explained and guided us through the experience showed not only professionalism but also genuine care.

It was a pleasure shopping here! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by an employee and handed a shopping cart. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owners. They were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! The shop was clean, and loaded with all types of products. You'll be sure to find what you're looking for here! I’ve been meaning to come visit after following Bessie’s social media accounts for a while now, and I was NOT disappointed when I did visit with a friend this weekend. I got to met Robin and Dvine who were so kind, friendly, and helpful during my visit. The vibes in here are amazing and I truly felt welcomed! Not only that, I could feel the love and care poured into all of the handmade items in the shop, and there was a great selection for things like singing bowls and tarot decks!
