I ordered on uber eats on 9/19 of 3 items, aci bowl, peanut butter flatbread and a chicken wrap. When i placed my order i put specific instructions on the app stating how i did not want pineapple due to me being very allergic and replaced it for banana and also requested no honey due to me not enjoying it. I also saw honey was listed as something they put on the flat bread aswell and also requested no honey on there. When i received my order it looked like no one had read my requests on changing those items on my food. Show uber eats the mess ups and they told me there was nothing wrong which i found to be more upsetting when u see the flatbread drenched in honey. so then i called you guys bc im very upset due to not being able to eat my breakfast. I called the store being very polite stating that my food was messed up and i would like a refund due to paying 32 dollars for food i couldn’t even eat. The manager sounded disstressed already answering the phone. i told them what happened and the manager snapped immediately stating they were the only manger and worker there so it’s not his fault and it was ubers. i stated that uber did not make my food, he did. He went on to get an attitude stating uber made the mistake getting the wrong order, i then was in the middle of speaking abt how it was the workers fault bc they were the one to make my food and the manager hung up the phone on me while i was mid conversation. I called back and demanded my refund because at this point i didn’t even get an explanation on why i can’t get a refund on my end bc the worker was the one who messed up my food. For being the manager they were very rude and quick to blame everyone else. I would like a refund due to that being 32 dollars of my food gone. I would never come back here again or be spoken to by a person who has no respect...

3 young men followed me in 3/16/24 they were there to support a young woman at her job. I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch w/ smoothie and banana. After I ordered the gentlemen took time to order I went to wash my hands. She spoke for a while with the gentlemen.
I asked someone who was training (who made my smoothie) if she - who was still talking - would be making the sandwich. He confirmed. (He also greeted me after waiting for some time and told me she would be the one who took the order)
She began to prep what I knew was a chicken bacon ranch. After her conversation ended. And after going to the back of the kitchen to speak to the later confirmed shift lead. I called across the line asking if that sandwich was mine. She said yes. I told her I ordered a turkey bacon ranch. She froze. The shift lead fixed my sandwich.
I drank the entirety of my smoothie waiting for my sandwich. The smoothies of both gentlemen were made and given the them before I received my sandwich.
The gentlemen left tropical smoothie and had the sandwich she messed up on, in the parking lot. She wasted my time before work and costs the company...
Read moreService is starting to slip at this location. My last 2 visits where I have placed online orders have not been as smoothly as they should. On the 1st occasion I went to the end of the counter and waited as I would normally when picking up an online order. Only to be told my order was over by the register in a cubbie hole, there was nothing there. Apparently someone by the same name had taken my order so I had to wait for my order to be made again. Then today I attempted an online order again, I went straight to the cubbie holes..no order again. So I waited in line and asked the cashier about my order, she then grabbed my order from behind the counter. There needs to be only one place to pick up online orders not two different places that the customer has to guess where to pick up from. On a positive note, I can say this location has never made one of my orders incorrectly, which I run into quite often at other locations, they definitely pay attention to the details when it...
