This place has a lot of opportunity, but I am let down with every experience. The people are nice, the atmosphere is good, the newness and location of it should be a big attraction to a lot of people. On the coffee side, I’ve tried multiple things and would increase my rating to four stars. The reason for two star review is the quality of their food. First, it is significantly overpriced for what you get. My wife and I have ordered many things on their menu and haven’t been impressed. For two sandwich combos (chips and pickle included) it’s was right around $17 and that’s not including drinks. I wouldn’t mind paying that if I felt you were getting your money’s worth. There is no originality to the menu, the food is bland, and honestly I have made better sandwiches at home for a lot less. I had high hopes for this place and have held off writing a review multiple times to keep going back and giving it a chance. Very unfortunate experience. Loves the Indianola location so I felt it fine to take my family here on our way through town. I was very wrong. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I have worked on customer service my entire life so I'm very forgiving typically. The girls had such bad attitudes, they were acting like siblings yelling at each other. They made our orders incorrectly, and then got upset with us when we asked them to correct it. The food was not good, definitely not worth the $12 per sandwich. Coffee was pretty good thankfully! Suggestions to improve the experience: have a responsible manager on hand, have names with the orders, have signage for your newer staff so they know what's going on ( how to make drinks, what menu items come with what etc.) Hope to see an improvement from a typically...

The sign on the wall says “This cabin runs on love, laughter, a whole lot of coffee. Well, there was no love, no laughter, and the coffee was lukewarm. They were out of soup, out of rolls and out of hospitality. The girls were yelling at each other, no names were put on the drinks so there was great confusion, they added up my nine dollar order as $19 and had to correct it, they advertise the sandwiches as coming with chips and then when you ask for it they tell you that you have to ask for it because that makes it a full order. What? Will not be back, will not recommend. Where was management? The “attitude” was palpable and is wasn’t a good one. Rude to one another and seemed inconvenienced by the paying customers.
