McDonald's — Restaurant in Wintersville

Just poor service. Very rude management, and service. Food comes out wrong. They get mad if you had for something made the special way. For example highly allergic to pickles, ask for no pickles on my sandwich. Get my sandwich home find out there's pickled on it. This happened several times. So this time I took it back, tired of buying food that I can't eat and I have to throw.it away. Upon taking it back in management gets mad as if I did something wrong. Show them the receipt which stated no pickles show me sandwich with all the pickles on it they roll their eyes make a new sandwich. You would think they would offer you and your meal to replace what you bought. I had to ask if they were going to replace the fries. She's in asked me did I bring them back. I said yes or in the bag. As if she didn't believe me she pulled the bag out of her trash can looked inside then walked over to made me order of fries and basically tossed the bag up on the counter that me. Need to have a corporate manager going to the store without them knowing and see what kind of service that yet. instead of going to the one up on Three Springs Road in Weirton I'm now going to the one in Follansbee. A little bit further away but there they treat their customers with respect and...

Car died in drive thru! due to bad battery. The girl on mic took no time in getting someone out there to help. I didnt even ask lol the girl pulls her car in front of mine. The group that worked were more than helpful. Her battery was more difficult to access but never stopped trying. Ive not seen this kindness in awhile. They not only helped me get it started but took their time in doing so not leaving me stranded. They are probably the best group of ppl ive ever met. The manager even gave us our meal for free which was not asked. But prob saw i was stressed ,worried an embarrassed. They were were so funny. Making this experience into a more positive one. Idk. I would love to pay them back one day. My daughter whos 10 got to see what true kindness looked like. Oh an the food was great. One time another time the beef was missing. But again ill take human error over robots any-day. Plus it sorta gave me a giggle for those remembering the Wendy’s...

Amazing, that's all I can say, order is always wrong, had to park the car, and go retrieve the rest of my order, I had spent $25 and that is extremely expensive for fast food and to forget half of the order is absolutely asinine, when you are greeted by the person taking your order they always sound like they're in pain because they have to be there then you go to the window and they look at you like how dare you come through the window while I'm working not even a thank-you Hellogoodbye, there is no consistency the milkshake machine is always down I go to the nursing home to visit my aunt I always stop and get a caramel sundae and the milkshake machine and ice cream machine is always down maybe instead of building a new restaurant maybe you could have built on customer service which is lacking or maybe somebody needs to go in there and orientate...
