Update: Pleasantly surprised with fast service!
Ordered via kiosk with no issues. I ordered the Supreme Luxe Box. I did request the Chilupa without tomato and it was made to perfection.
The food was hot and fresh and the Pepsi Zero tasted ok. Drink station was well stocked and clean.
The music in the lobby was at a descent level where you could carry a decent conversation. (Chipotle down the street had blaring music, which requires children to wear hearing protection.)
The lobby had some dirty tables, but had plenty of clean ones to use.
I would recommend this location to anyone who loves some cheap Mexican food and great service.
Friendly and fast service!
I visited this location on a Friday evening. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa meal from the kiosk. The meal took less than a few minutes to prepare. One of the Chalupas was very dry and crumbled at the touch. The other one was made just right. For some reason this didn't hinder my experience. I had a fountain Pepsi Zero Sugar, which tasted great!
The Lobby was clean and organized. The lobby wasn't busy, but noticed it was well kept. Drink station was clean and no signs of mold. Trash bins were not full as well.
While I was there I observed an employee assisting a customer with the kiosk. The customer appeared to appreciate the help. The kiosk doesn't offer the same things as their app or drive-thru does. This is a consistency issue that corporate needs to resolve. When a restaurant has different standards, it doesn't look well for the company.
The reason for my 4 stars is the dry Chalupas and the inconsistency with the kiosk. Other than that, everything else, including employees was amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a bite to eat with...
Read moreIn regards to my visit on Friday Nov. 5th at 725pm. I was in the drive thru for 20-25mins before getting to the order board. When I got to the window I asked the server what the delay was, and she responded snotty, were short staffed. But as I waited for my order to come out the window I watched what they were doing inside and from what I seen their delay wasn't because they were so short staffed, it's because they have a bad manager that doesn't know what he's doing. He was scrubbing some machine while I waited. Now maybe this machine was needed but it didn't seem so to me. Then the woman taking the orders & passing them out window is just standing there waiting on the food preparers to finish my order. Why wasn't she taking another order and getting it ready next to go??? It seemed liked she wld take 1 order at the board, then wait till that order was filled before she wld take the next cars order. Then they messed up my quesadilla and I had to drive back and go inside to complain & get a properly made one. While I stood there waiting on my replacement, I watched as 1 manager & 4 employees cld not handle dinner rush & 10+ cars in line. The manager shld have been helping take and get the orders out faster than they were, instead of cleaning a machine they probably weren't using. While I waited 20mins in the drive thru line, 4 cars left, that's lost business/money for this Taco Bell. I don't think the higher ups appreciate losing money.... I suggest not visiting during dinner rush hour, 5-8pm because they...
Read moreI'm a "regular" and placed a mobile order Wednesday night around 11:45pm. I literally waited more than 30-minutes in the drive-thru. They were asking people if they were "Door Dash" and turning people away who already waited a super long time in line just to get to the speaker.
I thought I was one of the lucky ones to be allowed through, but when I got my order several minutes later both of my two Challupa shells were rock hard old , instead of soft and fresh like they usually are. It was impossible to eat this trash. Keep in mind these are nearly $6 each!
Their new chicken nuggets I received around 12:30am were obviously sitting there all day. They were all burnt and tasted absolutely disgusting. Rock hard and blackened.
The only good item in my order was the chicken cantina taco because that has to be freshly heated up.
I spent $20 for super old nasty food, and waited more than 30-minutes in the drive-thru for the honor. Never again!
I could have had a really nice sit down Mexican meal, or two large Dominos supreme pizzas for less money.
I'm very disappointed as this is truly unacceptable in 2025.
Original post from November 2024:
They turned off the Taco Bell app Monday night when they weren't busy at all, with literally no customers! They were open with the usual number of employees taking payment at the window. It was a very slow Monday night so why intentionally have the app turned off? I didn't have my wallet so I went home empty handed. Extremely...
