Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woburn

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. I've given them so many chances but today was the last straw. The drive-thru is supposed to be open at 3:30am. They're always late, the Indian lady w/the long stringy hair (who really should be putting it in a net while working w/food) in the morning at the drive-thru is so beyond rude, always charges different prices for the same exact order. I've gone through the drive-thru at 3:45 a.m. for a while now. Today I sat there for 10 minutes (said hello a few times) and then a bunch of cars started driving up waiting behind me. After I waited a solid 12 mins at the speaker I drove away up to the window. The minute I drove away from the speaker I heard her say "how can I help you" to the car that was behind me. I sat at the window, she opened it and told me they do not open till 4:00 am. I'm like since when? Then she asked her co-worker and they said I could only pre order in the app from 3:30am to 4am. The guy behind me didn't have to pre-order his order. She is the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. I don't even know how she has a job. I NEVER hand her my credit card, only give her cash and make sure to get a receipt back bc so many different times she tried to overcharge me for the same exact thing I get every single time I go there and she had to refund me my money. I used to give her a tip every time I went there at first and she started to just take it out of my change and put it in her pocket (not even the tip jar) like she just expected it from me instead of her giving me my change first and me handing her her tip. I was so excited when I saw they were moving this Dunkin Donuts to the other side of Convenient 38 and were going to include a drive-thru, but what a major disappointment this place is. Every time I go here my order gets messed up, and I order the SAME THING every time! I can honestly say that 7/10 times I order a Coffee Coolatta from here, there is barely any coffee and its all cream and sugar....YUCK, I don't want diabetes thanks!! I order Chocolate Glazed donuts and get Chocolate Frosted, like WTH??!. Don't waste your time here, go to the Dunkin Donuts in Stop & Shop (literally 3 minutes down the street) or the one on Winn Street, they make your drinks 100 times better and don't mess up your orders as frequently. Complete Disappointment this place, and don't bother going by in the evenings because chances are they have no donuts or anything to eat unless its made to order. I moved to Woburn last year and this dunks is down the street from me I have given it an official year and to this day I have been disappointed almost every time I make an order here . They either mess up the order or completely leave something out . I work and dunks is how I start my day I’m in a rush and order the same thing every morning and without out fail they Mess it up . Today they gave me a plain bagel when I ordered a multigrain . It’s the same people that been working there for the past year and it’s unfortunate.
