FILTHY. There is food on the counter, splatters on the cabinets. The linens are DISGUSTING. There's a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door that does not look clean. Doesn't look like floors were vacuumed. There are spills/splatters/stains on everything. The shower curtain rod is broken leaving it impossible to close as the curtain just falls to the center where it's lower. It smells like feet. I couldn't stay in that room in that condition so I went to the front desk and the man working it was very apologetic, said sometimes they get marked clean in the system even when they hadn't been cleaned yet. He found us another room that was in fact clean. Sheets were lightly stained, but clear they were clean, just permanently stained, nothing looked broken - old, and worn, but not broken and filthy. In the morning I discovered, this room, like the first, the shower rod is hanging off the wall making the curtain bunch in the middle so that the water gets all over the floor. The tub doesn't drain so that I'm standing in my dirty water as I shower 🤢 I had to use 2 of the towels to sop up the water. The hair dryer doesn't work. I went to the desk on my way out for the day. There was a girl sitting at the counter on a laptop, completely ignoring me. When I said excuse me I have some issues I need resolved, she said VERY rudely, "I'm doing a training, you'll have to wait for Rosie" I spoke to Rosie, told her about the tub not draining and the hair dryer not working as well as I needed more towels since I had to use 2 of mine to clean up the mess made by the shower curtain not staying closed. I also mentioned the shower rod falling off the wall stating I understand that's not something she could likely get to right away, but please resolve the other issues while we were out. She wrote them down on her clipboard. When we returned - pretty late that night - the same man from the first night was standing outside ( cigarette break I think - maybe just getting some air) as we walked by he asked if we needed anything. He was very pleasant. We said no, as we had already discussed our issues with Rosie and assumed there had been some resolution. When we walked in our room it was clear they had not addressed one single problem I reported - didn't even give us more towels. At this point there was clearly no sense in bringing it up again- it was late, we just wanted to sleep and we were checking out in the morning. Absolutely would NOT stay here again and would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone. Spend a couple extra bucks and go elsewhere.

Called 9 hours in advance to make sure for late checkin. Get here 113 a.m and told no rooms available by a nice gentleman working the desk who I had to dial 0 for because there was a lady already waiting for a room where there were zero available because they are all dirty, feel bad for him as he said he walked into this mess and advised him i called un advance this was booked in advance and staying for x amount of weeks. I told him I drove half a day to get here and would like the room I ordered for yesterdays date and should have been available. He said politely he could clean the cleanest used room himself but already was trying to clean the other room for the lady who had already been waiting a long time. I offered to help him clean my room since i am here and have nothing better to do at 1 a.m if I am not sleeping. 5 stars to this employee as a manager I would hire him in a flash. Maybe the hotel needs some change in command. 0 stars to the hotel this is unacceptable and poorly managed, snack machines broken, not enough pillows another customer was asking for, restroom in lobby out of paper towels. Who left this shift before him. In room at 216 after grabbing my things and cookie crumbs, hair, and a few popcorn crumbs on the sheets.... going to change them if i can find any or sleep on the couch on my clothes from suitcases cases. But the rest of the room is cleaned the best they could with a rag and spray bottle. Honestly he did very well for the circumstances. I did change the sheets and the pillow out to

Pretty convenient room. Love having a full size fridge and stove and dishwasher. It's like a little studio apartment. Bed was fairly comfortable, not great. Entire room in general was relatively clean. On the down side when I came in the room it smelled very much of stale cigarette smoke but probably my biggest complaints about this place is either the slow wifi or the fact the breakfast sucks. Don't expect anything good. Just cold food. They need a cook and kitchen here like the holiday Inn or Ramada. It is a big chain so they have no excuse. Other than that it's a relatively affordable and nice place to stay. Short and long term. This is my 2nd time here and overall I wouldn't mind coming back despite the negative.

Very disappointed because me and my husband usually come to this location and usually don't have problems but the last few times that we went there ended up being a nightmare. First time we had major issues was in the month 07/2024 booked the hotel got there around midnight (something we usually do and they are aware of because we go out before going to the hotel most times) and could not check in even though the reservation was prepaid and we had to wait outside until 2:38 a.m. until we could be checked in because the person at the front desk had stated that they could not see our reservation even though the hotel service we booked it from stated that we should have been all set. Shortly after that incident happened my husband and I were placed in a room on 08/06/2024 that was out of service because they had given up our room because we had gotten there at midnight because of a dinner we attended even though it was prepaid. My biggest issue is the giving up of a prepaid room I can understand them thinking maybe it's a no-show but at least give that person a courtesy call to see if they are still coming I never received any of those calls. I don't have to say much more pictures I have posted below of our nightmare of a night speak for itself. Very unacceptable especially being that we are customers regularly here. No tv remote, toilet did not flush, list goes on. When we had brought all this to the attention of the employee at the desk she had stated that there's nothing she could do and to speak with the manager who she stated would be around the next day. The next day following the incident we were unable to get a hold of her due to the lack of hours that she was working which were like only 3 hours so we had to wait two days in order to get in contact with her thinking that at least one of the employees would have passed down this message to her (which was not the case at all) and when we did the manager then brushed it off and told us to contact the hotel chain that we booked from about a refund rather than acknowledge and empathize with the horrible night that we had to endure literally placed in a room with a room with all sorts of issues and employees even agreeing and stating that we should have never been placed in that room... Love several of the employees there good customer service with a few of them. very very disappointed and afraid that there's a chance we may have caught something from the rusty shower head that was in the room. I do business close to proximity to the hotel at my office so the location and distance worked for us. I do noticed that they are sheltering families which I'm not against but I feel that it definitely creates a different and interesting dynamic and atmosphere there. People assuming that we are sheltered there and some bias because they have opted for this choice of housing homeless. I feel that because of they are sometimes biased with customers mixing up the two shelter clients with paying customers and sometimes confusing them with the people that they are sheltering. You can tell that there's definitely a great deal of stress and they are dealing with shelter clients who maybe tough to deal with and I'm not sure if that's why we were treated the way we were but i would just like to note that I am a black woman and my husband is Spanish. I hope that this hotel can get it together ASAP. Put in out of service room never in all...

I have been staying at the extended stay for a couple weeks on business. My 17 year old dog travels with me. I book through a CLC lodging card. Nobody at the hotel knows how to do check in on a CLC card. We had to call CLC directly in order to check in on more than one occasion. This week, something about the CLC card on the CLC side of things went wrong. Today (Monday March 11th 2024 at around 5:45) when I got home from an 11 hour shift, the older man at the desk informed me that he gotten word from CLC that we had been terminated at our company (not true?!) And last night was not paid. Then he said until the room was paid we were not allowed in the room. Fixing things with CLC often takes a lot of man hours over the phone and my 17 year old dog had been in the room for 11 hours. I asked if while we were solving things if I could just take the dog out to pee. The guy at the desk was really rude and said there was no way up until we paid. When I tried to reason with him he said this was all my fault and that if I had come back sooner it wouldn't have been an issue. I was never contacted by the hotel during the day so I am not sure how I would have known. When I told him that I was not contacted and that had I known I would have left work to deal with it. He did not care. When he didn't want to talk to me anymore he just turned around and ignored me. I had to pay for my work trip myself so that my dog wouldn't die I'm my room. That's what kind of place this is. They would kill your dog for 60$.

I hope that the hotel staff going forward gets trained on what is and is not humane. How I was treated by staff was totally unacceptable and had we not paid with a different card this guy would have let my dog die up in the room. That could be a lawsuit if you aren't careful. I also hope that the staff gets trained to process CLC cards if the facility is CLC affiliated.

Also there is trash everywhere in the hallways, there are mice, rats and insects in all the common areas. I never want to...
