Lisa's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Woburn

Order a Turkey and cheese sub with tomatoes and pickles. Along with other things that came to 70$ pluse chage. They sent a ham and cheese. Called them and told them they made a mistake. They said they would remake the sub. They sent a nother Ham and cheese. Ether, there turkey tastes like ham, or they dont pay attention. It was not the first time this place screwed up. The people who work here are on Cloud Nine. Your best bet is to oder at a different place. And there's at least 3 other places that have better food and pay attention to your order instead of daydreaming. Last time i oder from this place. Just lost someone who oders out at least once a week. I'll call Nicks or Mikes. Never call Lisa's again. First screw up ,understandable. Second, something is wrong. Therd, there's no excuse. Your service sucks its obvious. And I'd you oder a roast beef ,you have to be clear you want a sandwich. Or they give you a cold roast beef in a sub roll. Wether this mean they use a microwave or something, I don't know. But I'll never...

We have been ordering 2-3 times a week for years and typically are very chill about minor errors to our orders. However when we order an add-on that is $5 or more and it doesn't arrive with the order, we call to let them know. Now twice we finally spoke up and were told we would receive reimbursement or a comp'd meal after innumerable times of saying nothing. Neither time were we given our money back or any type of compensation for the errors. On top of those errors, the delivery drivers no longer receive the delivery fee of $2.99 which is now pocketed by the owner. No wonder they are disincentivized to get the orders right. Lastly, it is obvious that the new owner is doing everything in their power to nickel and dime their patrons and employees resulting, in low morale and unsatisfied customers. Closed before 9pm because they weren't busy enough? Seems sketch to me, I drove past, saw plenty of people parked outside, as I sat at the red light. So maybe they didn't wanna take phone orders, and get out an hour early? Come on. Seriously. Have a better excuse because the entire world is eating out tonight, you know because they're all gonna be cooking for the impending holiday. Krispy Krunchy Chicken was open, and undeniably the best fried chicken in the area.

Update 1/3/19 I called to inquire about a response here on Google by a staff member, which was quickly deleted once they figured out a verbal sparring match was not what they wanted. Their response that was deleted was filled with ignorance and hurled accusations of my order that never happened. They wouldn't take my order because they were closing early on the biggest take out food...
