Nick's Pizza, Roast Beef & Subs — Restaurant in Woburn

Did an online order with this place based on their reviews. Was very disappointed. Ordered what I thought was going to be a large Nick's pizza with extra cheese and anchovies, some Buffalo, garlic parm, crispy chicken wings and a "free" small cheese pizza. The order arrived and the Nick's pizza was missing. Delivery driver said that he forgot it and to call the shop. Lady I spoke with said that the pizza was sitting on the oven and would be hot when it arrived. The wings were soggy and lukewarm and then the Nick's pizza was warm at best when it arrived and was missing the anchovies. Called the shop back and the lady I spoke with said that they didn't do online orders and that they ran out of anchovies. She asked if I wanted to come there and get my twenty five or fifty cents back. Told her that I was charged $2 for them and she could credit my card back. She said that they couldn't do that and wanted to know if I wanted the driver to bring me the $2. I said yes and of course never received it. If you've ever eaten from this place, you'll know what I'm talking about. The lady who answers the phone is completely delightful. Unfortunately, she is always fighting with someone else who works there. And you are left on hold listening to the crazy madness, and even that I don't care. But every time I order I never get the right order and even that I'm pretty flexible about this. What I don't like is when I call back in and some woman in the background. Probably the owner by reading these reviews wants to debate it. Like are you kidding me? It only took me 15 minutes to get out My complete order. So when I call back to let them know I received the wrong order its a debate. I'm paying for it so I'd like to get what I asked for. I know anyone who had ordered here knows I'm right. Less attitude would be better. I'm not eating at friends house. I'm paying for food and service. However food is great and the lady who answers phone is also wonderful. But I won't be ordering...

They always mess up the food when they deliver, either they don't bring you the right thing, forget your drink, bring the wrong one or they drop the drink in front of you, ect. They charge all different prices every SINGLE time. I can see this happening once in a while because obviously nobody is perfect, people are busy and things happen but lately it has been so messed up every time for months now. IDK if someone took over but it went down hill fast! I used to order from them all the time but today was the last time. I will never order from them again. It's all Indians that do not know how to speak English or make food. How can you get an order right from me when you don't even speak English or know what I'm ordering.
