Seven Suns Cafe — Restaurant in Wolfeboro

I came here with a group of friends while visiting the area to grab a bite for lunch. The town itself was bustling so it was a bit hard to find a parking spot, but luckily everything seemed to be a quick walk. They have a fun menu, filled with savory and sweet crepes, as well as a bunch of egg sandwiches. I got the veggie egg sandwich and added an egg to it and the rest of the group got crepes. The crepes are HUGE! Definitely delicious and well made. The folks inside were all friendly and quick to turn out food, which was great because there was a line. The service and ambiance was good, but the coffee is terrible. I don't say this lightly, because I really love coffee and I like this place. I have been twice. First time I ordered pour over, and it was literally the first time the barista had heard of it, let alone made it, and they did it right in front of me. And it was bad. Too strong and bitter. Second time, I stuck with drip. Sampled both the light and dark, and both had the same problem. I think they should stop roasting and serving their own beans and use a quality product. NOT FOLLOWING NH reopening orders from the Governor!! I have been a loyal customer for years, and as soon as they opened for take out for COVID-19, I made sure to leave very generous tips to help them stay in business and help their staff as well. Once they began service outside, I was shocked the last time when I went to pick up my food, and the person handing it to me was not wearing either gloves or a mask.
