So a few weeks ago, my husband and I ordered Wendy’s at the drive thru to take home for our 3 very hungry boys... after ordering for my husband and I,our bill came to over $30... yes for fast food and that was ordering cheap (4for4’s, kids meals etc) anyway, the disappointment on my kids faces. The chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. I wouldn’t even feed them to the dog! I ordered my husband the baconator meal, which we were charged for even though they gave him a cheeseburger with NO bacon instead! It was just Terrible quality. Their fries were stale and cold... we had five drinks and ONE straw! No napkins no ketchup.. even tho they asked what sauce we wanted.... anyway I ended up complaining and it went to their manager Cynthia. I want to give her credit (which is why I gave Wendy’s 3 stars instead of 1) She was very good to accommodate. She gave me back $20 out of my $32 bill. She offered to make a fresh batch of nuggets and I refused the food but she insisted and ended up giving me two 10 pcs of chicken nuggets and 2 large fries to bring home to my family. So I was happy to see she went above and beyond. Thank you to...
Read moreLast night's experience was great until I was rudely spoken to by what appeared to be the manager, she had a red shirt. We waited a long period of time in the drive thru and once we received our food from the male associate, I was reviewing my order to make sure it was complete and was rudely yelled by the female individual to move and check my order on the side and if there anything missing to come inside. 1. You don't speak rudely to a customer who just got their order a few seconds before she stormed to the window. 2. If orders are taking longer ask the customer to pull over request the car and bring the food out(this has been done at other food chains). 3. Why am I going to inconvenience myself to go inside if you mess up my order, I'll address it then...
Read moreI’ve never had an experience like this in my life and i’m still in shock. The woman working the second window tonight around 9pm (helping the teenage boy) was completely and utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked her politely for a sauce but accidentally forgot to mention the other one I wanted as well. After she gives me the first and I asked for the other one (politely) I wanted, she snaps at me and says “You have to tell me only ONCE”. I had to remind her that this is her job. I really hope some action is taken towards addressing this because this woman should NEVER speak to customers again. I’ve never seen anyone in the service industry have the audacity like this woman did. Wow disgusting. Oh and thanks for messing up our order!...
