2/24/20 Edit: So the owner has changed 3 months ago. Recepie isn't much different but they cook the pizza really well now. Before for the last 2 years I've been coming it has been inconsistent, sometimes undercooked or overcooked. New management has hired some really good employees and they always have the pizza perfect. It's a really nice thin slice of pizza and it bakes really nice that is also very filling.

I tried the tacos that they added. And wow. I heard a lot about them and I've never ordered anything new at a pizza place before. But over the few visits I've built up an appetite to try it.

I had surgery so I wasn't really ready for solids. But once you try the tacos it's really hard to stop. Sadly, I had to since I was in a lot of pain from surgery and I just wasn't ready for solids. The chicken is tender and not too soft but not too firm. They offer two sauces on the side and some sides. It was good even without anything but the sauce really kicks it up to another level.

Planning to try everything they have to offer since I'm already a long time customer.

I'm a routine customer. They've got me hooked. Idk if that's a good or a bad thing but this place is heaven to pizza lovers lol. It reminds me kind of ny but its definitely not the same. Is it better? You should come and check it out. I've lived off pizza and I've never been hooked to one...

Angelo's Pizza: Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pizza Crust Thick crust. Plenty of little chicken pieces and broccoli. Fork and knife might be required. Did I use one? Absolutely not! It's manageable with a few chicken pieces that might have jumped the ship. Although the crust was thick,it was beautifully made because it was nice and airy, not dense, yet magically crispy on the outside. The Sauce Alfredo sauce unfortunately was cold. I had selected one of the specialty pizzas they had on display, and the popped it in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up. However, because it was so thick, the chicken and sauce in the middle of the slice was still cold. Other amenities? There is plenty of varied seating. The owners are very friendly and helpful when I was asking them about their slices. There's a TV available for those seated in the front. It's one of many stores in a strip so there's plenty of parking if you don't get parking directly in front of the store.

Not a fan of pizza? That's okay! They have plenty of other items on their menu such as sandwiches (Ham Prov Capicola,Tuna, etc.), Paninis (Cheeseburger, De Parma, etc.) and burgers. Overall Thoughts? It's an average pizza spot in town. Nothing too crazy just your average pizza. I wouldn't try the same slice again however there was a Chicken Parmesan inspired slice I had my eyes on so I might try it next...

Angelos pizza is a local pizzeria with lot of options besides your typical pizza. With the ongoing situation, dine in is closed. Their delivery service, at least for me, was quick and food was hot and fresh. My experience from this place so far has been positive.

I’ve had their cheese pizza, chicken tenders, eggplant rollatini and a few other dishes. The chicken tenders are surprisingly good and the margherita pizza was decent. Recently, I ordered their gourmet grilled chicken pizza and it was extremely delicious. The flavor was oozing out of every bite and the pizza was huge and delicious. Everything about that gourmet pizza was on point and I’d recommend this to anyone.

The pickup process is also relatively easy. They have a few chairs and tables open for people to occupy if you come in early for the pickup. There is a huge parking lot outside so no shortage of parking space.

My overall experience has been good so far and I look forward to trying many more things...

TASTE (3/10): Tried 4 different slices, but somehow they all tasted the same. Probably smothered in the same oily cream base that just didn’t sit well with me. I’m a pizza lover who never leaves a slice behind… yet here I was, walking away from half-eaten slices like a traitor. Not my taste at all, though clearly they have fans judging by the high ratings. No comment… just confusion. PRICE (7/10): Big slices at 5 bucks, smaller ones at 3. Hard to complain about that. ATTITUDE (5/10): Staff were alright, not especially friendly. The owner gave us a couple of side-eyes when we sat down without paying first. That “I’m watching you” vibe was strong. PLACE (7/10): Easy to find, clean, and fine overall. Just no warm fuzzies. CLEANLINESS (8/10): No issues. Looked clean. ADDITIONAL FEES/HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): All clear on the hidden costs front. OVERALL IMPRESSION: High ratings fooled me this time. Won’t be back. Chance of returning: 0%
