Dimple's Bombay Talk Catering Services — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

We worked with Bombay Talk for the breakfast on our wedding day and the day after (August 25 and 26). We worked exclusively with Jayshree and she was fantastic!

Jayshree was so easy and great to work with. We are giving half a star less because there were times leading up to our wedding when Jayshree would be unresponsive for weeks. We would have to follow up with her with multiple calls, voicemails, and text messages before she responded.

Still, Jayshree was awesome because she was so flexible and helped us create the most perfect menu – even just for breakfast! We went back and forth a lot, changing our mind about a few dishes here and there but Jayshree was always patient with us and willing to work with us.

The food deserves 5 stars. The breakfast food items – both hot and cold – was all delicious and our guests loved it. We only heard good feedback from them!

This is the second time we catered with Bombay Talk and we are so glad we did! Our first time working with Bombay talk was few years back during our house warming and their live station made it a day to remember! They are very professional team to work with, they are always on time and the food quality is always on point! We had a small get together yesterday and Bombay Talk walked us through the appropriate size of catering order. Normally folks push you for larger order or more expensive offers but Bombay Talk is all about what's appropriate for your event. Our food was ready on time and as expected delicious 😋. All our guests enjoyed the food and were praised the quality of the Naan, Paneer Makhni and Mungdaal Halva! We are about hour away from their catering location so I was a bit worried about the pick up but Bombay Talk already thought of this. INCREDIBLE!! We used Dimple's Bombay Talk Catering for our reception a couple of weeks ago. Every single guest we talked to afterwards mentioned how much they loved the food. The creativity on the cocktail hour dishes was amazing and made the experience so much better for our guests. The reception entrees were delicious. And the desserts were a big hit. So many people complimented the orange kulfi live station, which had kulfi served inside of a chilled orange peel.

When planning our event and the menu, Jayshree was very accommodating and helpful. She worked with us to fine tune all of our choices, and even came up with suggestions when we weren't sure about some of our final items. She always made time to speak to us when we had questions or ideas. From our first tasting to the event itself, Jayshree was our biggest support every step of the way. Bombay talk was able to accommodate the many diets and food allergies we had among our guests, including Jain and vegan diets.
