Avoid This Store – Deceptive & Incompetent Service

We wasted seven days dealing with an alleged port transfer for a new line, only to find out that AT&T was never able to complete the transfer in the first place. When I visited the Woodbridge AT&T store, the representative there informed me that this location is not even affiliated with corporate AT&T and clarified that the sublet company, is not a valid transfer option.

The employees at this store had clear instructions indicating that my number could not be ported, yet they misled us for an entire week, pretending the process was possible. Instead of being upfront, they failed to communicate properly, provided misinformation, and wasted valuable time.

Additionally, they violated standard procedures by issuing me a temporary phone, which the Woodbridge representative confirmed should never have been provided in this situation.

While waiting to cancel this entire mess, I witnessed four other frustrated customers walk in with complaints—which speaks volumes about the service here.

Last minute I decided to trade in phone and stop by at this store that comes on my way going to friend's house when I live 30 miles away .
