I understand when you don’t have a receipt with DD l, it gave you the wrong perception of being safe and get away with certain stuff. Wrong. There’s always a way to let other people know about costumer poor costumer service. Guess what I found you guys online. Not because then costumer receipt say DELTA , anyone can look or search online. Costumer service was depressing, especially when you are trying to go and continue with your daily activities. I had enough time to spare waiting at the drive through. It was not the issue. However, it doesn’t mean that you can take your sweat time, have a crew conversation about life, not taking their sweat time. Coffe taste like it was hours getting burned on the coffe maker, extra milk was just a passing by miles away from the coffe. It was not the first time. I have been literally trying to find the time to share my thoughts on this place. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! I AM A REGULAR HERE BECAUSE OF THE COFFEE AND NOTHING MORE! I AM HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY! I HATE IT MORE AND MORE EACH TIME! IT JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE THE MOST CONVENIENT ON MY WAY TO WORK. THE 1 STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE COFFEE! IF NOT I'D BE SURE TO CLAIM NEGATIVE STARS!! THE MANAGER IS PROBABLY THE WORST EMPLOYEE HERE!! SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!! HAS EAR BUDS ON AND WILL HAVE YOU REPEAT YOURSELF 10 TIMES BECAUSE SHE IS NOT FOCUSED ON TAKING MY ORDER. YOU WOULD HOPE FOR A SIMPLE THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD DAY. Nasty and disgusting I seen the employee use a rag to wipe the counter again clean the knife to cut my sandwich with the same rag when I spoke to the worker she pretended didn't speak English ,Middle Eastern, try to speak to the manager she told the worker to make me another sandwich in english the manager was very hostile and rude to me n afterwards they put the rag back on the counter where the sandwiches were as a side note do not know for sure if it is true or not but when I was leaving another customer said to me that the owner only hires his own people and in all his Dunkin Donuts r like that they really don't care for Americans.
