Manek Chowk / Metro Pizzeria — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Discovered this place because of Grubhub and it’s right the down the road from me. Would not have known otherwise. However they should really change the name of the place because it’s still the name of the old pizzeria. I assume soon as they just opened

I got the chicken Tikka pizza and it did not disappoint. So much heat and flavor, definitely will order again and try the other stuff on their menu.

It's an OK pizza. We had the chicken pesto and the vegetable pizza XL.

The crust was smooth and had a toasty bite, which is what we like. I will say, though, that the dough was thicker than the toppings (tomato, cheese, chicken layer was thin and appears to be lacking). The cheese layer was minimal, and because of this, it's missing that string effect when you bite and pull the pizza away from your mouth. However, pizzas weren't as oily as other pizzas I've had.
