Sorrento's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I placed a large order for my team and specifically asked for no pork on a chicken Caesar wrap for my Muslim coworker. The employee confirmed it didn’t come with pork, yet it was still added. When I returned the item and explained the issue, instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, the manager dismissed me with a highly offensive comment: “These people so religious but they ain’t gonna die if they eat it.”

Not only is that disrespectful to someone’s religious beliefs, it’s unacceptable customer service. I let him know we would not be returning, and he responded with, “Do whatever you want to do. Have a good day.” There was no accountability, no concern, no professionalism.

I ordered a bunch of items today via slice for delivery. I opened my pizza and was puzzled to see half pineapples. I swore I ordered pepperoni so I called and to my surprise I hit the wrong button in slice and did order pineapple. The amazing man on the phone sent over, free of charge, pepperoni slices because he knew how badly we wanted them. We proceeded to tip the driver who went back to the store and showed the man I originally spoke to. He called to say we gave too much and when I said no it was as a thank you for the kind gesture on my mistake, he said they wanted to confirm the tip to make sure. I ordered for pickup a medium pie with half vagi and half chicken, the phone lady said, it will be ready in 20 minutes, I stepped in on time, the manager mentioned that my pizza is cooking in the oven and it wasn’t cause approximately it takes 5-7 minutes inside the pizza oven to be cooked!! He just made it after a while as I had to wait for 35 more minutes, I paid $27 for this pizza!! when I went home I found out that I got the wrong pizza, beans and hot peppers was all over. I had to go back to the pizzeria and I’ve been waiting for another 20 minutes till my pizza get done.
