Thai House Rock — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

They make decent Thai food. Only issue with ratings is that being a restuarant they are hardly open and they not staffed correctly with proper cooks and servers. They hardly answer there phone. Only 1 man who takes orders and serves you food. It takes then 30 to 45 mins to get your order. Looks like they only have 1 cook in the kitchen. Lunch is only 2.5 hrs then they close. Dinner starts at 5 and stop taking customes after 7 pm.. closed monday and Tuesday. Do not know why they even bother to keep the resturant open. Its very hard to get someone to answer the phone. Do not know why they cant hire more staff and give customer's a better dinning experience. Also they have very limited seating.. like 5 to 6 tables and limited parking space.

If I could rate this restaurant with 6 stars, I would. Thai House Rock is my #1 top choice for Thai food and they are the best around. I highly recommend this place because the food is just different, it has a unique taste. I am a foodie and have visited many Thai restaurants and this is by far, the best restaurant I have ever visited. First off, it comes down to the overall impression of a food flavor and taste. This is a family business and the owners are the sweetest people. You can tell they love to cook and make everything with love. You will sit and wait 30 sometimes 45 mins because these two people are the only ones working in the kitchen, but you will not be disappointed in the food ever. I was beyond disgusted and disappointed in what I saw as I was waiting for my food order. To begin with the people in the kitchen did not have their masks on. If I thought that was bad, the woman pouring the sauce into the take out containers was licking her finger as it dripped onto them. You would think it doesn’t get worse than that, but it definitely did. This same woman proceeded into putting the spoon that she was using to pour the sauces into the containers into her mouth then back into the main sauce pot then back into her mouth and used the same spoon to pour. I immediately asked for a refund and walked out. This is how and why COVID is spreading....
