Burger King — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Seriously horrible, do you taste your own sodas or make sure the machine and food are (at best) edible? I'm guessing since it's a doordash order, Burger King didn't really care. 1st How is it that the order came to the house cold? My elderly mom lives 6 minutes away by car, your food was colder than it was outside, 2nd did you just throw left over food in the bag for her ? Because her order was supposed to be large onion rings, bacon cheese burger, Hershey pie and a medium sprite. What she actually got was a large cup of moldy seltzer water, onion ring mash(they were softer than mash potatoes) a burger that was missing meat bacon and HEAT OR WARMTH AT BEST) AND a Herseys pie that she said taste just freezer burnt or old soup because that'd what it looked like. I'm super disappointed my mother door dashes because she cany drive nor can she walk. Please do better and doordash gave her a refund of 7 DOLLARS!!!! HER WHOLE ORDER WAS OVER 20 DOLLARS!!!!! she's fixed income and it's sad that things like this happen to older people who can't help themselves... both burger King and door...

The bathrooms are a time warp, it's like the 1950s in there. Super surprising they have running water. Absolutely disgusting, but it's not the fault of the employees, the bathroom had been "cleaned," it was just incapable of actually being clean. The toilet leaked out of the back plumbing, causing the floor to be wet. The toilet itself is covered in stains and is obviously very worn, to the point that you can see the different layers of paint and plastic wearing off. The blow drier, if you can call it that, is laughably "warm" and barely produces moving air at all. There are no paper towels. The sink faucet is like 1 inch long, so you have to touch the back of the sink if you want to get your whole hand under the water. Soap dispenser worked and had soap in it. Highlight of my experience. I dropped my phone on the ground in there and literally want to throw it in the garbage now. These bathrooms were probably updated more than 20 years ago, and it really shows. McDonald's down the street has nice, contemporary bathrooms with stone countertops. Get with it burger...

1:25 pm. 8/18/2021 Burger King 1140 St. George’s ave. Avanel NJ. The staff was very disrespectful while taking my order at the drive through and when going into the store they stood there for a minute acting like they didn’t see me or hear me, straight ignored, while the manger ignored me as well for a minute and the young lady that took my order even laughed when I asked to speak to the manager after rudely being ignored by both of them. The manager (woman) that didn’t give me her name, stood there and ignored me as well for a minute, the manger was just as disrespectful to another customer, that I witnessed while waiting to speak to her regarding how I was treated at that drive through. I was not given a receipt and when I ask for my receipt I was given a print out. They’ve not pleasant, no manors, very nasty and not professional at all. When a customer is spending their money at your establishment they should be treated with respect and not leaving wondering if they should eat the food they ordered out of your place...
