Arby's — Restaurant in Woodburn

Food was cold. The prices are way too high here for the food to be cold, a $8+ sandwich and $5 french fries shouldn't be served cold. Overly salted cold french fries, and a diet coke that somehow tastes like cleaning agents... I believe they forgot to wash the disinfectant off the black soda dispenser nozzles before putting them back onto the fountain machine. So, thanks for feeding my cleaning agents with my cold and salty food.

Nearly $30 for two cold combos. I stopped going to Arbys years ago because of the overpriced menu and poor quality. I regret wasting money on them today.

Is saving time that important? Serving old and cold food to save a few minutes on the timers? I really can't believe after this many years, my first visit back to an Arbys was this bad (or maybe I can, I'm starting to remember why I stopped...

First off i have 3 words to tell everyone at Woodburns Arby's. Store Manager LORRI= Above And Beyond😎💯👌🏆. The store manager Lorri is the most polite person I've ever met. She is friendly with all the customers there. she listens to them and appreciates them and when something isn't right with a person's order she's quick to fix the problem. She's awesome and just wanted to let you all know everytime I go there I get nothing but the best service when she's there.There's also a nice polite enthusiastic kid named Nick who is a great hardworking kid very energetic fellow also polite and respectful to customer's I swear the Bell there rings nonstop because of the great service. As for people complaining about the shake machine being down alot. This happens at every restaurant not...

I probably just at the best Arby's I have ever had. Yes I was hungry but everything was cooked to perfection. The employees are always so kind at this location and this food is always great. But they nailed it this time. Thank you for making my experience wonderful. This location it open till 11 which is unheard of. I highly recommend. As for the late night the only options are of course T-bell and the Satan's den which I hate that option and avoid at all costs. So being able to stop here late is so amazing. Thanks for employing a wonderful team. Great customer service. The cooks never get enough recognition. Thank you for make my food worth every single dollar .
