BopCha, Eat Korean Food — Restaurant in Woodburn

We finally went here for the first time today and definitely wasn't disappointed. We had heard of them through social media and decided it was time to give them a whirl. Ordered the Bulgogi Wings, a Sausage Dawg and Mozzarella Dawg so we could experience both.

Appearance wise - these Korean dogs are freaking HUGE. Compared to others we've had, they're easily twice the size.

Taste wise - the dog tasted like a Costco hot dog so I'm going to take a guess and say it's a Kirkland brand dog. Definitely not mad about that! The breading is more pancake-y than others we've had, which does get a little tougher to eat as it "cools down" - which made the mozzarella dawg almost a struggle to eat about five minutes in due to cooled thicker cheese + pancake breading. The KDogs were solid but for us, personally, we would stick to the sausage dog and skip the mozzarella dog due to the breading.

HOWEVER! THE CHICKEN WINGS SLAP! Hands down the best wings we have had yet in this area. They're super crispy and not over sauced - literal perfect wings! We would 10 star those wings all day long and HIGHLY recommend them.

Service was exceptional and welcoming, and the inside is clean and welcoming. Very much enjoyed the aesthetic of BopCha.

We were there this weekend shopping. My wife heard about the place so we figured we tried it out. I went ahead before the family about 20 minutes and put in our order. About 15 minutes my family got there we haven't got our food yet. I noticed 3 other customers after me had a remote alarm that vibrated when order was ready. So I asked the cashier if I needed one. The older lady asked about our order then she said that they were waiting for the chicken to cook for our order. While waiting 2 more customers orders were done .They ate and left while we were still waiting. We were close to leaving being that we were there over an hour when she came over to our table with the food. She apologized and said she would refund one of the orders for us having to wait so long. She never did the refund. I don't really care about the refund but I do care when people give you their word and say they're going to do something. Very disappointing and most likely...

I don't typically leave reviews, but my experience yesterday was too frustrating not to share. I don't know if they were just having a bad day or what, but I stopped here yesterday and got the Korean Bbq pork belly bowl and was very dissatisfied.

When my food got to me, it was completed unseasoned and unsauced (literally bare pork belly), so I had to go up and ask for the sauce that should have just come with my meal. Once I had it, the sauce was just diluted and thickened soy, lacking any nuance or character. The pork belly itself was cooked poorly, as it was chewy and bouncey.

Seriously, if you come here, do yourself a favor and steer clear of the pork belly. Im sure that any of the other offerings would be a safer bet. My partner got the spicy pork bowl, which was leagues better than the belly (although still...
