As far as Elmer's Restaurants go, this one is a little lacking. Went in on a Saturday morning, and they were not very busy at all. The food took a while to get out. We all ordered our eggs over medium, and one was undercooked (clear whites), one was overcooked (solid yolks). One plate came out without butter and we had to flag someone down to ask for it. Hashbrowns were only crisp on one side. Then we got the check before being even halfway done with the food, making us feel rushed (they still weren't busy). The parking lot is a little oddly shaped and shared with several other establishments. It was packed in the morning but once the other restaurants open, it would likely fill up. They could use a bit more signage or an "open" sign to indicate which of the doors is the actual entrance. The bathrooms were tidy, as was the dining room.

It was our first time ever in to an Elmer's. We can say we came we tried and that was enough. It was good but not what we were expecting. I guess my version of scrambled eggs and their version are two totally different things. My eggs were made like crepes. The gravy for the biscuits was not what I was prepared for. I am from the south and love biscuits and gravy but this gravy had a weird taste and a very gritty/grainy texture. The loaded hash browns were good. The omelet we ordered was an avocado omelet it was pretty tasty, it did take a few bites to find the avocado's. Our waitress was friendly enough but in to our dining experience it was time for her to be getting off.

Biggest issue of my experience was the slow service. When I entered there were 4 servers up front and no one even looked up to welcome me for multiple minutes. Took a long time to be sat, then, it was a while before I got to order, and the same to get my meal. Also, table went without refills until we got our food and asked our server for more coffee and water. However, the food was excellent in my opinion. I got the strawberry crepes with a side of eggs and bacon. Bacon was not the best, but other parts were yummy. My friend had the biscuit country breakfast, and he said it was comparable to Denny’s. Great portions overall, we all left full. The service was really the big issue.

I came to play Lottery I was greeted by the bartender when I came in he said hello. I was there for 3 hours she adjusted the temperature which was right next to me and she cleaned a table that was right next to me in that 3 hours temperature right when I got there table right before I left. Not one time that she ever offered me something to drink a menu asked me if I would need to order anything completely didn't offer any kind of service. In 3 hours you would think she would offered me something. Even if it's not a free soda you think she would have tried to sell me something. I believe they are in the business for selling drinks and food and Lottery is also but what about their sales on everything else. What's frustrating about this is these people think they we should tip them if we win after no service was offered and a lot of times we do cuz we're in a good mood however they should not be being tipped if they do not serve Us in any way shape or form. Their job is to take care of the customer not the customer to harass the bartender for service. I grew up in a Time or bartenders busted their butts to make their tips now we're in a time where you got to stand in line if there's a busy far to order your drink because no one's going to come to your table. As for this place it wasn't busy at all there were five or six poker machines and there were five or six customers on those poker machines. All the rest of the customers while they weren't there. The bartender was on her phone texting scrolling whatever it was she was doing talking to her co-worker the entire time. That is bad service to me because service is all about her I gave it to you cuz the atmosphere was average talking to...

If I could leave a worse for you than one star I would. When I entered their establishment I was greeted however when I asked for my meal to be to go they stated that they did not have a to-go choice. So I proceeded to ask them if they could bring me a to-go box with my order. The two young women at the front counter went into the back and got a waitress Adrianna, who proceeded to lie to me and my 3 year old daughter, telling us that the 20 person party, that was already seated with food in front of them mind you, was still ahead of us to be fed. Knowing that I was in a hurry because why else would I be so adamant about getting my order to go if I wasn't in a hurry? She knew that telling me that 20 people were ahead of me waiting to be fed would make me leave. All because I asked if they did to go and if not can they bring me a to go box with my order! Extremely unprofessional. If they did not want to serve me for whatever reason they could've said that and not lied to me. I don't look out of the ordinary or like I deserve to be treated as such. Not that anyone deserves to be treated like that but I came in in a hurry and that was my only transgression. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anybody and I will be letting all of my friends and coworkers know not to go to Elmer's in Woodburn. And yes I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow morning when...

5:45pm on a Wednesday, the place was slow, maybe 10% capacity. Walked in and wait about 2 minutes before someone greeted(didn’t actually greet me, asked if it was “just 1?”). She laid a menu on the table and walked away, I knew what I wanted (eat at the Boise location often), but she didn’t even ask my drink order. I waited patiently for the first 3-5 mins then I noted the time and waited another 6 mins before someone asked me if I’ve been helped yet? No, I answered and she asked if I wanted a drink and I answered yes, told her what I wanted and she tried to walk away! I told her I’m ready to order and over been here 10 mins now. Food arrived and it was as expected and good, except no pat of butter with my biscuit and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention so I ate my food. My drink was almost empty when she brought my food out and completely gone 1/3 way through my meal, but ignored again! Came back when I was completely done, trash piled on my plate and pushed across the table, then asked if I’d like a refill?! Dropped the check off, paid and left. Suppose it’s a good thing nobody asked how everything was? Disappointed, I’m so happy the Boise location is...
