Wow!!! This place has changed. This used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area, but now it is going downhill. I go for breakfast often as it's on my way to work. Most times, my hashbrowns are pretty horrible. They are hard, extremely greasy, and cold. The same is true with my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. You couldn't even eat it. You'd break a tooth. I don't have time to come back and go through the drive-through again. This is supposed to be a quick alternative to making it yourself. It isn't cheap either. Also, depending on the person, the prices change. One day, I ordered extra bacon on my breakfast sandwich, hoping that might get me a fresh sandwich, and it was like over $3.00 for extra bacon. The day before, it WAS NOT that much. When I said something to the lady taking the order, she just was like, "Yeah." That's it. I said to her, "For over $3.00, I could order another sandwich. She just said, "Yeah" again. When I get extra bacon at Wawa or Heritages, it is not that much. I think this person doesn't know what they are doing. Please do something. This used to be my favorite McDonald's. I truly am leaning towards not coming here ever anymore. I've also noticed an empty drive-through and lot. Wendy's is right across the street, and I never have problems there. I go to McDonald's out of loyalty and the way they make their folded eggs. I may just have to go to Wendy's and see if they can provide me with the egg sandwich in a different way.

Went there today, had a small order I placed through the drive through, and was then told to wait in a spot for my order to be brought out. This is a normal occurrence at this location - very slow, unorganized - but after waiting 10 minutes and driving back home, realized they gave me the wrong order.
My wife (who has an accent) went back and explained this to them, but instead of any of the kids inside trying to actually help her with getting the right order, they started laughing at her, making faces and hand gestures behind the window, and eventually someone brought the correct order out.
But to have many of the "staff" (they're all kids, and they act like it) actively make a scene like that with a customer? Disgusting. Will be calling to report the behavior but wanted to share here so you're not surprised by how the staff here act. It's the worst location for miles around Deptford/Woodbury, so I know I'll avoid it...
Read moreThis is now the 4th time this McDonald's has gotten my daughter's order incorrect. I went through the drive thru. I gave her order in 3 times to make sure they understood what I was ordering for her. A happy meal burger meal. My daughter is a vegetarian so I order her sandwich with just the bun and cheese. Nothing else. After I received my order I pulled into a parking spot and saw her order had a beef patty on her non beef patty order. I went inside spoke to a manager and told them this is the 4th time her order has been wrong. I asked for a free meal card because of the inconvenience. They said this is a franchised location so they could not. So I said ok can you refund her order. The manager said she also could not do that. That all they can do is fix my order.
