Burger King — Restaurant in Woodbury

The WORST BURGER KING EVER! I used to come here regularly for breakfast because I work nearby but will NEVER be back after today! I always order french toast sticks and hashbrowns and unless they’re ordered to be WELL DONE or crispy both are always oily, SOGGY, undone and clearly had been sitting around. It used to not be a problem to request and get the food fresh and well done but there is one woman with braids who works in the drive thru often who absolutely REFUSES to make sure that my order is prepared the way I requested. After having my order be soggy and cold two times previously when she was working the third time I watched her to see if she would ensure my order be done as requested! I noticed as I pulled up immediately after ordering she started getting my order together meaning they were DEFINITELY not.being made to order as I had requested and were not going to be well done! After shoving the bag at me literally within ONE minute of ordering and saying NOTHING I then I checked the bag before leaving the drive thru and confirmed that yet AGAIN the order was soggy and cold. I politely knocked on the window and asked if they could be remade as I had requested and the woman with braids snatched the bag out of my hand, rolling her eyes almost out of her head and said “You’re going to need to pull around and WAIT for that then” extremely rudely and then slammed the window and walked away! I honked my horn and yelled to her to “NEVERMIND” and asked for my order back! Soggy cold french toast sticks are better than food that’s been spit on or worse although I wish I had just asked for my money back instead of taking the food that was going to be too cold to eat! I was literally the ONLY person in the drive thru, it was not busy at all and I was only politely just asking for FRESH HOT FOOD while being treated horribly for only asking for what I was paying for! This woman clearly hates her job and her goal must be to treat people so badly they never come back and so she can do even less work for the company who pays her! If you’re wondering why this location does such TERRIBLE business and no one is hardly ever there it’s definitely because of the woman with braids working in the drive thru! I WILL NOT BE BACK for a 4th order of soggy, cold french toast sticks and cold oily hashbrowns! If you want it “YOUR WAY” definitely don’t bother ever coming to this location because you won’t be getting that from the woman in the drive thru! No need to wonder why BK’s are shutting down EVERYWHERE with employees like the braid lady working there! SAD! People used to care about job performance even working in fast food but not...

I just received the worst food and service at this Burger King. We tried the front door around 5:45 and it was locked, with a notice on the door that the dining room closed at 8PM. Frustrating, but times are tough, so I get it. We went through the drive-through and after ordering two meals (with sides in large and medium), a fish sandwich, and a kids meal, they let my partner know they charge per sauce. Not great, but fine. We asked for an extra at the window and they let us know it'd be more, again that's fine. We pulled into the parking lot and found no sauces in the bag and what looked like same size sides. So since the door was locked we had to go back through the drive-through, with several cars in line. When we got to the window we let them know the sauces were missing and fries were the same size, and they argued they had put them in and asked to look through our bag. So now they're rifling through our cold fries, still arguing about the sauces. Why all this unnecessary arguing? They finally gave us the sauces and we head home. Once we got home, we notice the sauce is expired and separated, the fish sandwich is half burnt with nothing but a scraping of sauce on it. UNREAL EXPERIANCE! Young Employee came in from break outside to use the restroom. She proceeded to karate kick the mens restroom door open and looked inside. Then turned back and proceeded into the womans room!? Seriously disrespectful and uncalled for considering I was just in the mens washing my hands. Then a few minutes later she was making my whopper... needless to say I did not too confident about eating. Well I found a table that wasnt totally crusted over and decided to get something to drink. The dirty pop machine had 2 available flavors so I went without. I then got my food 1 whopper with fries and I decided to try the mozza sticks. The mozza sticks were good but the fries where chewy and my whopper was cold so I went to the counter only to wait for an employee who refused to turn around for 5mins. Finally she agreed to get me a new one which was still barely room temp. I would not recommend it this is my 3rd bad experience in a row last time a lady was cleaning the whole time I was eating and when I left there was still trash on the floor.
