Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Woodbury

I arrived at 9:10PM to pick up my to-go order. This location closes at 10PM but when I pulled up it appeared to be closed. But no, it wasn’t closed, the workers were all sitting inside behind the counter with ALL the lights turned off outside and inside except for one light on back in the kitchen. I have no idea why the employees would bizarrely shut off all the lights and signs when they’re still supposed to be open for nearly another hour. This is extremely sketchy and off putting. No customer wants to stand in the dark restaurant while waiting for their order. The workers barely said a word when I walked in and they all were mumbling in another language while I stood waiting for my food. I ordered buttered noodles with a variety of toppings through Uber eats. I did not order corn because I have a corn allergy. It looks like they ran out out of roasted zucchini because there was no zucchini on my noodles. It looks like they tried to substitute corn instead of zucchini, which I did not ask for. There are several scoops of corn that they added to my pasta and it is mixed in so now I can’t eat the pasta. I ended up having to throw my order away because the store did not put the right toppings on. People need to be much more mindful at the store as to what toppings people ask for on their items for takeout orders because I can’t be there to tell them that they can’t put something on my food. I had the Spicy Beef Korean noodles. Small portion. The beef was tiny pieces of thin sliced meat that was totally tasteless.... I also had the pot stickers, also tasteless as was the sauce that came with it. The good part: the noodles and Korean sauces was not too bad. My girlfriend had the Zucchini parmesan noodles with shrimp. She said, it tasted pretty good but barely any noodles. $30.00 for two small bowls of ramen noodles with sauce and a bit of weird meat, and three pot stickers is just something I am not good with. They could, charge less or charge a bit more and make it perfect. I have to be honest, I am not an Italian-pasta guy but I love Asian food.
