So I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I feel like this is kind of important. I went in and order a 30 piece meal with my dad and when we got home, we realized there was a band aid in our vegetables. Mind you we had a few before we noticed it was there. When I went back for a refund, one of the shift leaders/managers was really sweet about it and she gave us a full refund on the order. When I asked if they wear gloves, she said no they don’t because they “don’t touch the food” but you’re handling food and putting it in customers bags? So technically, you are? I love Wingstop, the food has never let me down but I don’t know, this is low key a deal breaker for me if they don’t wear gloves when handling food. Aka a band aid situation. This was my first experience at a wing stop and I was VERY excited. HOWEVER, I was very disappointed to find that this location is the size of a shoe box with no seating inside. My son and I ended up eating in Chipotle SORRY CHIPOTLE hungry mom on a mission 😇 THEN the register attendant acted confused the entire time? Hello?? Barley mumbled responses and would not call out orders. When we asked for more details on a new flavor the response was “I don’t know” SERIOUSLY? Wingstop your food was great but your service is terrible I suggest retraining that employee or something because it was ridiculous. I get that it’s fast food but at the bare minimum do your job. Have been to this location several times and the food had always been fairly good except the fries are very greasy. However the last time they forgot half our order. When I called i was on hold for over 10 minutes where I had to hang up and call back, when I finally got in touch with a person I told them I would like a refund as I was already home and not going to drive the 15 minutes back to get the rest of my order. He said it would be refunded in 2 to 4 business days. Never received the refund and it is difficult to actually speak with someone at the store.
