I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience. To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right. I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service.
