Alright...I'm trying to keep my misunderstandings out of this review, because this place is NOT a crepe restaurant. It is, in fact, a dessert restaurant. It makes sense why it opens at 10 am instead of a standard breakfast time. But when you go in shortly after they open wanting a savory crepe and all of them are smothered in chocolate and sugar, it's a hard thing to stomach.

So, with that in mind, how was this place? Honestly, the crepe tasted fine. My wife ordered the nutella crepe while I ordered the cream puffs, which I thought were better than the crepe. My kids obviously enjoyed the sugary rush, but I have several gripes with this place.

First, the cost. $16 for one crepe bathed in chocolate is outrageous! Yes, they're large and beautiful, but I was shocked by the cost!

Next, and the reason I'm REALLY struggling with this review, is the cleanliness. I haven't been in a restaurant that I felt as gross in as I did in this one in a long time. Again, we were there right after opening, so you'd expect it to be spotless. It was not. None of the tables were clean, there was trash on the floor, the chairs were sticky, and when I brought my young daughter into the men's bathroom, I immediately turned away due to all the urine all over the seat and we both went into the women's bathroom which had toilet paper and debris all over the floor. This was the biggest turn off for me and why I felt I needed to write this review. It might be forgiven if it was the end of the day, but for it to be 10:15 and this unsanitary was a huge turn off.

Finally, I think the menu is lacking. Again, I understand now that this is a dessert place, but please, have more options than "smothered in chocolate." A fruit crepe would have been amazing. And seriously...look at the menu. When I say smothered in chocolate, I'm not lying. It's just too much. When I tasted my wife's crepe, all I tasted was nutella. I asked for a second bite that was on the edge with less topping on it and I enjoyed that bite a lot more.

I think this place has the chance to be great, but they need to tweak a few things before...

Ordered a bueno milkshake and it tasted pretty good at first. The further I got into my drink I felt something in my mouth. I spit out whatever was in my mouth on to a napkin and realized I have 2-3 little wrappers in my mouth from my milkshake! I initially decided to disregard it because sometimes people make honest mistakes so I brushed it aside and continue to consume my milkshake. Not even a minute later more and more little wrappers showed up in my milkshake as I was drinking it. I can push aside 1-2 little pieces of plastic wrap but it was so much more than 1-2 pieces! Just shows that the employees probably didn’t even care to take the plastic wrap off the candy and just threw the whole thing in the blender. More wrappers (a total of maybe about 6-7 pieces) showed up in my drink throughout the drink but mainly at the bottom of the milkshake. Disappointed because it did taste fairly good at first but the laziness in just removing a wrap shows so much negligence, imagine if a child drank this or possibly choked on it. Luckily it was clearly blended and shredded so it was in small pieces but makes me think of how much of the wraps I must’ve swallowed without knowing. It’s not hard to remove a wrapping paper from a bueno candy BEFORE blending everything together for a milkshake. A friend of mine even said her bf experienced the same thing here when they ordered a milkshake as well so clearly not an accident...

The first times I went there was a lady who makes crepes and she made them very delicious, they were the best, but now I don't know if the person who makes them is very busy but it's not the first time it's happened to me, they give me the crepe half burned and once it could be a mistake but the same thing has happened to me several times. I live 35 minutes from there and I liked it a lot, I even ordered on uber eats but it happened to me again that the crepe was kind of burnt with the chocolate and honestly yesterday when I ordered a favorite dish of mine it only had 4 fruits and before it wasn't like that, I hope you see this message and can improve it because in reality the crepes used to...

Drove from St Paul to visit for the first time. Very easily located in well lit and busy area. Lots of parking options. Menu is not overwhelming but competitive choices. Not sure if the cashier was having an off night or what. Wasn't rude but wasn't helpful or informative. So ask questions. We saw others getting silverware and water served to them but we had to ask for ours. Food was so delicious and fruit was all fresh, chocolate was good but pretty spendy. Two crepes and a shake came to about $42.00. The decor is fun & the music was a bit loud. Definitely a place we can say we enjoyed but we agreed not really a place we would go out of our way to visit again.

Tried the House Crepe here. It was delicious - loaded with chocolate and filled with different fruits (banana, strawberry, pineapple). However, the server who brought our food over was sloppy. While I was in line, I noticed that although she was wearing gloves, she was constantly touching her face while moving stuff around and taking other peoples orders. After she brought our food, she got us cutlery and water with glasses. There was something brown staining both the paper towels as well as the tumblers (See pics). I’m unsure if it was makeup or chocolate but regardless it seemed unhygienic.
