Taco Bell — Restaurant in Woodbury

I went to Taco Bell in Woodbury for my lunch break today and it was ridiculous. I rarely ever come here but decided to see what all the hype was about with the new fries. I went through the drive thru and ordered the $5 nacho fries box (came down to be what I thought was $5.76). When I pulled up to the window there was a young gentlemen that took my cash (I gave him $10.76) and handed me my drink. I noticed that he went back and was going to hand me another drink so I let him know I had only ordered the 1 that came with my meal. He apologized and let me know the order was rung up for 2 meals and turned to grab a manager. Well, the manager so happen to be the one taking the drive thru orders and instantly says “well I asked you if everything on the screen was correct.” I let her know I thought she had said $5.76 and right away cuts me off and says “no, I said $10.76”, goes around the nice gentlemen that was helping me, and pretty much throws the $5 change at me and gives me no receipt. By far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere! If the lunch time rush is too much to handle then they should look to hire more staff or maybe this manager should consider a different...

I love Taco Bell and it's employees at this location. They do lose one star for their phone app which hasn't been updated yet, because every time I order a diet mountain dew, there is not an option for asking for "no ice", so I have to tell them to change it when I'm in the Drive-Thru. The app is amazing at saving time and I use it every time I order at Taco Bell. Taco Bell is also better than most companies, because they actually have Wi-Fi at their restaurants which I need and greatly appreciate. 😁👍 However sometimes I have to reload the screen to connect to Taco Bell Wifi like 10 times, because it says error, and then randomly it connects some of the time. 😔 I have so many favorite foods at Taco Bell but to list a few, all of their breakfast burritos are a must have if you love quick omelette like food. There's nobody who does it as good as Taco Bell. For the lunch and evening menu, if you're on a tight budget, the cheesy bean and rice burrito is a must have 👍, the beefy five layer is delicious, and if you got a lot of money to spend, the quesaritos with steak beef and chicken are pretty addictive in a...
