First, I'm excited to see more options for french style bakeries around Woodinville. Everything was well presented at SchChill, but also everything we tried needed more work and left us disappointed. Dubai style chocolate croissant: the kunafa texture was conflicting with the crunch of the puff pastry and I couldn't taste much of the chocolate. My suggestion would be to smooth out the texture of the kunafa a bite more and add more chocolate in the stuffing. Black sesame: needs more sesame taste. Couldn't taste much of it. The texture was also a bit off doughy, my guess is that the fat from the sesame blended with the puff pastry and blended some of the layers together. Pistachio croissant: The pistachio topping was great, but the cream inside didn't tast like much. The bigger problem is the texture of the croissant itself, it had no crunch and taste stale. Nutella banana croissant: similar to the pistachio croissant, the texture was too soft and doughy throughout. It didn't have any crunch. The stuffing on this was generous and tasty though (can't go wrong with straight nutella)
I'm sure this place will make improvements with time and will give it another chance...
Read moreThe newest cafe in Woodinville - they have a host of house-made specialty latte flavors & bakery items. Their pistachio rose latte is my favorite, made with homemade sauce & pistachio foam. The unfortunate things thing is it only comes in one HUGE size so most of the times I am getting coffee elsewhere since I don’t want so much. There should surely be an option to order smaller sizes.
The croissants look amazing. Tried the black sesame one which was great and so glad they offer a smaller size. Also tried the dubai chocolate croissant and that one is so disappointing - almost $9 for a small croissant which is just chocolate croissant with some green toasted vermicelli and zero pistachio paste or flavor. That is far from Dubai Chocolate which it is inspired from.
Limited indoor seating but a lot of outdoor space. They also offer 3 hour...

They bake everything right on-site, and you can actually watch the whole process in their open kitchen, which is such a cool experience. The smell of buttery croissants and warm pastries is absolutely irresistible!
One of the highlights? Their pistachio latte. It’s not just a flavored syrup—this one is made with real pistachios, and you can taste the difference. It’s smooth, nutty, and pairs perfectly with their pastries.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is super friendly, and everything just feels fresh and thoughtfully made. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee to go or sitting in to enjoy the bakery vibes, this place is a winner. Definitely recommend...
