Amazing experience. The food was spectacular. You must try the jamón, croquetas, and the albóndigas -- absolutely to die for and very much authentic which is incredibly hard to find! The wine was delightful. We had the flights and ended up liking the Spanish wines better, but enjoyed the Washington wines as well. And the service... To say that it was out of this world would be an understatement. Shout out to Jay for being literally one of the best servers we've EVER had! Thank you for making our visit so special and memorable!
