TODAY'S DATE IS 3/9/2025. I HAD JUST GOTTEN BACK FROM SPENDING $,37.50. ADD 4175 IN WOODENVILLE. WHEN I WENT ONLINE TO PLACE THE ORDER TO THEIR ONLINE WEBSITE. I CLICKED ON MENU AND TOOK A LOOK AT SOME OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. YES, IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO READ, BUT IT WAS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE DISH P2 LARGE THAT I WAS ORDERING ON THEIR WEBSITE, SAID 1050A BULL WHEN I GOT TO THE RESTAURANT. IT WAS SEVENTEEN FIFTY A BOWL. I SIMPLY ASKED IF THEY COULD PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEIR WEBSITE SAID 1050. AND THEY SAID, WELL, THAT WAS PUT IN BY SOMEBODY ELSE AND I SAID, WELL, IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE WITH YOUR PRICING. YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OFF. THAT'S NOT GOOD HONESTY WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. THEN A WAITRESS A YOUNG LADY SEEMED NICE WITH RED HAIR, GOT MAD AT ME AND TOLD ME YOU'RE OLD AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT ONLINE. AND I TOLD HER WELL WITH THIS TYPE OF RUDE BEHAVIOR I PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK. SHE SAID, GOOD, GET OUTTA HERE.LEAVE, DON'T COME BACK! I THEN SAID, OKAY, FINE, I WILL NOT BE BACK. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE PRICE ONLINE. WHEN YOU ORDER, BE SURE AND ASK BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR THEIR PRICES HAVE GONE UP SIGNIFICANTLY AND THEY'RE ONLINE. ADVERTISEMENT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED, NOT MY FAULT. UNFORTUNATELY THE GUY WITH RED HAIR. I GUESS IS THE HOSTESS WITH DEMOTIS. SHE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GAL. THAT TAKES CARE OF PEOPLE THAT AREN'T HAPPY OR HAVE SIMPLE QUESTIONS ON WHY THEIR BILL IS NOT REFLECTING THEIR ADVERTISEMENT...

I went there on Sat evening with two other friends because we were a big fans of pho and the place had pretty good overall reviews. When I went inside, there were only one person working on the floor and she was doing cashier, server and busser. Inevitably, she couldn't keep up, the service was super slow and there were people waiting even if there weren't that many people in the restaurant. When our pho finally arrived, we noticed the portion was very small, both regular and large size. I thought a nine year old with small appetite would need two bowls of regular size pho. The broth was not hot enough for the raw steak to be cooked enough. So, we couldn't put the bean sprout to prevent cooling down the soup further. Besides, the pho itself was very salty and not very good. I would give the pho B- compared to other pho places. To be fair, maybe on that particular day I went there, some key employees happened to call in sick. Maybe other typical day, pho tastes good with reasonable portion and reasonable service. My other friends who went there with me shared the same opinions. I am still wondering why this place had a good overall review? Was the evening of 8/26/2023 a bad timing with special circumstances?

Pho 175? More like Pho-nomenal! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, and let me tell you, it's a taste adventure you won't forget. The star of the show ( for me anyway) was definitely the Sweet and Sour Chicken. It's so good, it could make a vegan question their life choices. This dish is the nest was like a warm, delicious hug for your taste buds. Speaking of near hugs, the wait staff are very kind and not only check on you often, but bring requested items to you quickly, despite the fact that the place was busy And let's talk about the bathrooms for a second. They're so clean and spacious, I almost considered moving in. You could host a dinner party in there, and the humorous signs add a touch of potty humor that's right up my alley. At keast i think they were humor. One sign read " Employees must wash hands" So I did wait a while for an employee to come in and wash my hands , but it never happened. The sign about being naked threw me for a minute too, until I figured out the joke ( it was like a joke grenade) So, if you're looking for a dining experience that combines top-notch food with a bathroom experience that's second to none, Pho 175 is your place. Just be careful, the Sweet and Sour Chicken might just make you forget about every other food group and you might be tempted to...
