Never had any complaints until today. I find it incredible that the employees at this location especially the person in charge (shift leader, supervisor or manager) will be quick to believe what another customer might say without conducting proper research and without accusing someone of something they did not do. Not to mention let comments treat another client badly. I was accused of “cutting the line” through the drive thru when I actually was respectful and let the cars who were before me go through obviously because they were before me. Then I saw there were no cars after this van and perhaps the van obstructed the view. Either way there is absolutely no justification for how the person in charge responded to me through the mic. She said “to my understanding you the the line” I said no I was waiting before the other vehicle long before they waited at the drive through. Then before I got to the window the person in the van was clearly trying to stir the pot enough that the employee kept staring at me and the car behind me. So when I got to the window the employee didn’t say a word to me so I gave her my phone to scan to pay and then she gave me my drink and that was it. I’m just disturbed by how I was treated as if I did something wrong. It was a huge miscommunication on their end and a complete disservice and wrongful accusation on their part. Read moreSo the first time I was here, I ordered a customized mango-dragon fruit lemonade with raspberry syrup and 3 extra scoops of the dragonfruit inclusions... the boy taking my order in drive thru kept messing up the order which wasn’t a big deal, I just corrected him. What frustrated me is that he rushed me and kept saying “is that it?” When I got to the window, I clarified my order asking if he got my customizations, and he abruptly said yes. When he handed me my drink, I knew it was going to be wrong because it looked so diluted. anyone who has tried the mango-dragon fruit lemonade knows that the dragon fruit inclusions make it a very deep purple color, especially since I had ordered extra scoops of it. Upon taking a sip, my fears were confirmed, tasted like straight up water. I love spending 8$ on water! Then my second trip, I came on Sunday, apparently they closed at 4:00 that day. The drive thru line was very very long that day, wrapped around the building. After waiting exactly 22 mins on the drive thru line, I was next in line to place my order. But at that very moment, one of the workers came out and placed a cone right in front of my car, and then proceeded to tell me they’re closed now. Read moreException of the lady, Cory, everyone is nice to deal with. I have been coming to this location since the day it’s opened. I rarely have had an issue until today. It was hot and I was cleaning the area outside and I needed some water to clean the area. The staff neglected to do so. I wanted to clean the table and went to ask for water inside like I per usual do 7x per week. The cashier was nice enough to grab the water for me until the lady working with attitude says “OH you have to buy something to get the water.” Not only Did I have to purchase water to clean but I got attitude too. My and bf I spend here on a weekly basis, approximately on a slow week about $150. We know the staff and manager and come here often. To be treated like this, manager and regional manager should be acted upon this. If this a new policy, no problem just be nice about it and not with a bitchy attitude. I would appreciate if someone had a talk with ms. Cory about her outburst. Maybe she was having a bad day but that is not an excuse. Very very very disappointed.
