If I could have given less than 1 "star" I would have for sure. We stopped there Friday evening January 10th after a late arrival at the Sacramento Airport. No meals were available on the plane from Dallas due to ice storms in the Dallas area Friday morning. We just happened to see Chipotle and decided to stop in. A big mistake. The server did not care that we were waiting to place an order. He was busy with an employee in line ahead of us. The food prep area was dirty with food all over the counter work area. The staff all wore very dirty aprons covered with remnants of the meal preparations. My wife and I decided to stay and place our order. It was late for us and we were exhausted from a very difficult day of air travel. We placed the order and looked at the dining area. The trash receptacles were overflowing with garbage falling to the floor. No clean table is an understatement. All the tables were filthy. Every single one. The employee in line in front of us found a place to sit and have his meal. My wife asked him to help clean a spot. He responded that he was on his break, but he would get someone to help. The notable someone never appeared. We cleaned our own spot to have our unsatisfactory lukewarm meal in the presence of an entire staff that clearly did not care. We will never be back. Please excuse the typos. It's early Saturday the 11th. I'm also looking for a phone number to call the owner or manager of Chipotle in Woodland. I once worked in a fast food establishment. No sour cream or guacamole, barely any beans and only lettuce. In the sauce container there was barely anything. I had paid $15 for this and the chips. I returned and asked them if they could possibly remake the bowl but the girl at the counter told me no, this is what I ordered and so this is what I got. I asked them to open the bowl and check but they refused. I then asked if I can get a refund but she told me no, there is nothing they can do and I have to leave. This was our first Chipotle visit since relocating to Woodland in July, and weād been eagerly craving it! While the food partly hit the spot, there were a few hiccupsālike the fajita veggies being undercooked (we love a little crunch, but these were practically raw) and our chips missing from the order despite being charged for them.
