Went in last night about 3 table seated wasn’t very busy … as we being seated hanaha asked us what we wanted to drink we both said water she asked if we wanted lemon we said no took about 10 min to get the water it had lemon in it along with other peoples drinks …. She’s multi taking ….didn’t say anything just took it … been there!!! Ordered our food … about 45 min about to say let’s go i hear the ladies asking the cook Kylie?… who food this is ???and it was our sampler that had been sitting there … got the sampler looks over cooked the wings had a squirt of sauce …. The waitress had her finger in the ranch n said sorry n just left it… got our food … which we tried to order easy seeing they were overwhelmed we got burgers… dry n over cooked fried were super well done …. I’m like I worked for Denny’s before and this is not ok!!! They seemed more concerned about there side work than the customers coming in ….do the filling n cleaning when u have down time… help each other out the 2 ladies didn’t seem to communicate one looked super tired like literally about to fall asleep and u could hear there whole convo about telling the cook to answer her phone… which she was cooking n said I don’t have time …. I’m assuming the manager Jessica ?? Read moreTook over an hour for us to recieve our curbside order. A group of mainly maskless delivery drivers from various delivery companies entered the Denny's and completely blocked the main entrance. Drivers should be forced to wait in a line just like consumers who visit Denny's in person. Drivers should not be permitted to crowd the lobby and there needs to be some semblance of order to their orders system instead of everyone grab go and then check your food order for accuracy... We ordered twice and both times we had significant errors in our orders. We ordered during dinner time so maybe try earlier in the day if you are feeling lucky. Allowing maskless drivers to commingle with masked dine in customers is irresponsible and shouldn't have been permitted but no one said anything to the drivers as they entered and stood crowded upon one another for over thirty minutes.
Also the tables inside were not being bussed properly. Dishes were stacked on 5 tables when I picked up my order and only one waitress was willing to get her hands dirty at that time to get tables ready again for new dine in customers. One was running register and taking drink orders and the other was readying meals for customers and bussing tables. One sat around and offered to do the job each of the other women were doing which slowed progress down significantly and frustrated the other staff.
Cleaning and bussing tables should definitely be a priority during a pandemic.....masks for everyone entering a dine in facility is already a law so what...

A diferent server brought our food and still our server no show, I asked for a coffee refill to the second server but never brought me cream and sugar so my coffee sat there on the table for about 15 minutes till we wave at a server behind the the seat down bar. Brought me cream and sugar but coffee was cold and didn't even bother to ask If I wanted a new cup of coffee, so we kept on having our dinner and then my friend finish his orange juice and wanted a new one so we wave at a 4th person but this time I asked for an orange juice and he replied with an attitude you're gona pay for the orange juice they are not free or have refills. Am like do we really want to hear this we already know that orange juice its charge every time you order so that's why we asked for a new one, i didn't asked for a refill I asked for a new orange juice. So then after 30 minutes when we were about to finish our server shows up and asks if we got our order right... am like really after 35 minutes you decide to ask If we got our order right... worse service we gotten dont know if it was because we were dress with our work clothes still or 2 of my friends didn't speak good English.
