Wish I could do negative stars. First off we ordered a couple pizzas off their app. After a hour watching the tracker I became concerned so I called the store. They picked up the phone then hung up. On 2 additional attempts there was no answer. Now this was a Sunday evening around 6 with no major sporting events on TV so with no way to contact them I drove to the store. Short story I'm a former public servant & due to an event I have PTSD, anxiety & social agoraphobia making it difficult for me to be around people but I was forced to go inside. At this time it had been over 2 hours since I placed my order. I contacted the girl working the counter & advised her of my order & the phone issue. She stated that the manager told them not to answer it (you can hear it ringing the whole time & a large gentleman in the back not wearing a mask kept hanging up on people). She found my order & stated it would be another hour before it would be ready. I asked about the delivery fee & tip I was charged & she stated that since it was dine on the app I had to contact Dominos Corporate & file a claim for reimbursement. Now after 3&1/2 hours my 3 medium pizzas we're ready. When I checked the pan pizza it was almost raw in the center. When I showed them the large man with no mask came from the back & said it was fine & if I wanted it redone it would be another hour (using an threatening & intimidating tone) after a few words we're exchanged & he finally noticed my body cam he stated he could give a coupon for 50% off my next order if I took this one but he could not reimburse if I refused to take the order. During thus he stated he was the manager but would not give his name nor had a name tag. I took the pizzas hone & cooked them in my pizza oven. Dominos Corporate office stated they were a private chain & 2 days later refunded the delivery & tip after being contacted by Yolo County Code Enforcement & City code Enforcement agencies (nice to have friends from former line if work & a body cam) & offered a free meal equal to our recent purchase which we kindly declined due to fears of retaliation which seem to be common reading various reviews (on person had food poisoning from rat excrement according to Yelp)
This used ti be a great place years ago but new management is driving it into the ground. Be aware & my advice order from somewhere else. 😵
P. S. As for their mask policy "the pizza is cooked so you can't get COVID-19 from them not wearing a mask"😷.

Read moreOrdered at 8:51pm. The 2 pizzas ordered arrived after midnight. Tried calling them 3 times. First time, sat on hold for 6 minutes, then they picked up the phone and didn’t speak to me. They set the phone down and heard the employees in the background laughing about the phone ringing too long and that they were not going to pick up. Sat and waited for another 15 minutes, hearing other phone calls coming in that they were continuing to not answer. Hung up, called again. Sat on hold for 20 minutes, no answer. Hung up again, called back 3rd time. Someone answered after 5 minutes on hold, told me that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Finally got to delivery, time was estimated for 11:35. Dominoes had said that the order had been completed by 11:45 (it hadn’t, still had no food). Finally delivered after midnight.
You’d save time making a pizza from scratch over ordering from here, never...

With that being said, I called my local Domino’s because they are always available to deliver to my truck when and if I need it. I called the one in Woodland. They were very pleasant on the phone and even the delivery girl was also very sweet, but the pizza that was delivered to me was atrocious. I don’t know who was cooking on a Wednesday evening, but they knew darn well when they put that pizza in the box that it was burnt. It should have never gone to the customer. I called to let them know and they gave me their apologies, however, any sort of refund was never even mentioned.
