Just got the wedding cake crumbl cookie. Looks good, for some reason its purple instead of pink but thats no big deal hopefully it tastes the same. My issue was more with customer service, I literally never leave reviews but it left me feeling bad & honestly not even really wanting my cookie anymore. I donāt want her in trouble or anything I just hope maybe she sees this & realizes you never know how someoneās day is going. I ordered a single cookie curbside which in hindsight might seem a bit extra but I just got off a 10 hour shift at my warehouse job, I'm so physically exhausted & though I'm young my job has taken a toll on my body so I now have a bad hip that pops when standing up. The lady wasnāt overly rude but she definitely seemed annoyed and ran off after almost slamming the door on her way in. Maybe I'm dramatic but it just made me feel bad for wanting to get a treat and relax after a long day. Idk maybe her day was bad /long too so if she sees this I hope it gets better & I just wanted to let her know not everyone is trying to be an asshole we all have our own lives going...

I placed my order online, paid in advance, and even included a a tip, expecting a seamless process. However, when I arrived at the store after 2 hours, my order was not ready. I had to wait in line with other customers, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
To make matters worse, once my number was called, the staff only then began packing the cookies. This unnecessary delay raises the question: what's the point of placing an order online if the preparation doesn't start until you arrive?
Additionally, Crumble Cookie charges extra for "packing," which turned out to be just a sticker on the box. This added fee seems excessive and unwarranted, given the minimal effort involved and already overpriced cookies.
Overall, the online ordering process at Crumble Cookie needs significant improvement. The convenience it promises is undermined by poor execution and unjustified charges. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend...
