The salesman was good however after the money was taken, it went downhill from there. We received a call stating that the delivery was going to be delayed and it would be rescheduled We were okay with that. The day before the new delivery date came and we never received a call. I called and after being on hold, I was told that the rescheduled date wasn’t in the system and they didn’t have the mattress in the warehouse any longer. They said they would reorder it and schedule the delivery for the following weekend. Today, almost 4 weeks after the purchase was made, we should have received a call for the delivery and guess what, no call. After calling them to inquire about the delivery, we were told it’s out of stock and there would be another delay. I understand things happen and that there are supply chain issues right now but where is the communication? Why isn’t someone following up and calling us instead of the other way around. I ended up canceling the order due to the poor communication and am now on the hunt for a mattress for our daughter again. Hopefully our credit card is credited back without having to deal...
Read moreI can say good things about my experience. I get there 30 minuets before they close and Kristopher gave over the top of customer service. He walked me threw the transaction so I knew what to expect. Asked me questions on my needs and match those with different beds to try. He told me he could get the bed to me in a couple days and the delivery team would call me to give me a 2 hr window of delivery. He told me the would call me the day before to confirm delivery window. The delivery company didn't call me all day so I called kris and he told I should be getting a call in the next 30min. They call with in the next 10 minutes and confirm the delivery. They called me the day of delivery telling they were 10 minutes away the dropped it off and set it up for me. Once again...

They sent two people to deliver a full size bed where in at no time did two people actually handle any part of the bed at the same time. The result was a delivery person carrying a mattress twice their size through my home bouncing off walls until bursting through a door slamming it into the wall behind. Even with a wall damage restriction mounted on the door managed to hit it hard enough to damage the restrictor, the frame of the door and the wall behind. Noted the event in the documentation I signed on delivery and haven't heard a single word from Sleep Train.
