So, it wasn't too bad of a wait, yes there is a wait but it's not horribly long.. Whats bad, is they don't have good parking nor good entering and exiting roads. There is one way in and one way out. It's not right off the freeway, you must travel a mile or so to get to it's destination. I had 2 orders. The first didn't take too long but the fries seemed to be the bottom of the barrel, tiny, dry overcooked fries. I don't believe they should give those out. Once the fries start to get low they should either dump and put in a new batch or warn their customers and grant a price reduction for the horrible, tiny, overcooked and overly salty fries.That was disappointing especially since I waited 20 minutes (not a super long wait,, but still a wait) My 2nd order was horrible. I only ordered animal fries. I waited about 20 minutes , saw many orders that were after me, already gotten their food. I went up to the counter asked about my fries. The gentleman asked several people about my order and all of them said they hadn't done it or didn't know about it. I don't understand how that can be missed when all the orders are placed in order on a rack and they select them one by one, the order they were placed. So if I hadn't said anything I would have been waiting much longer.SMH. On top of that I wasn't giving an apology for the miscommunication and my order being missed, nor an offer for a free order of fries or a coupon for a free burger or drink at a later time. NOTHING! Quite disheartening Especially since their weren't many people in the line at this point. The checkers were free to roam and clean for a minutes. For such a huge franchise I expected more courtesy and better service. The lack of professionalism and communication at this place was dissatisfying. Very substandard. All in all the fries sucked and the servings were small, smh! The burgers were good but also nothing spectacular. Just your typical home burger really, I would get it again but prolly when the lines are no longer 20-30 minutes long. Oh and the drinks r small, even the large sizes.. That was my experience. Read moreThe woman at the window was so incredibly rude my family and I were all taken by surprise. We stopped after picking up my daughter from the airport placed our order,which was wrong, upon letting her know it was wrong she proceeded to tell me that it was right...and acted like we were trying to pull some funny business. I repeated myself again and told her what I needed and she told me AGAIN that I was wrong and had all my items correctly. I told her a third time and the look on her face was absolutely disgusted..she said do you have your recipet? I held it out, she snatched it from my hands and told me see?? You have your order right! (It wasnt) I,still calmly, told her a 4th time, that's incorrect, look at my receipt, that's what I ordered...it's not here. She then went to talk to someone, came back and said it would be out shortly. She came back a few minutes later and shoved a bag in my hand. I open it, and it is still wrong. Now she is really mad and tells me if I wanted my food the way I did I have to ask for it a certain way. (Never been an issue at ANY other in and out burger) she said I'm just going to give you this one and remove the stuff you don't want. (???????) Then, I'm assuming after a prompt from her manager, she corrected herself and said to pull around the front they would remake it. Order was finally right the third time and the same incredibly rude individual came out to give me my food. I believe her name tag said DOM or something like that. Read moreHello, I hope this gets to the Manager of this store. I Live in Sacramento, and saw your In-N-Out store. We had the wonderful pleasure of meeting one of your employees by the name of King Wagnon. He took such good care of us and all the other customers in your store. I always order a mustard fried burger with katsup and mustard and no spread. King saw me from across the room and new i was looking at my burger, and her knew there was something wrong. He came to my table and asked if everything was ok with my meal. I explained my situation, and he said let me make this right for you, and took my meal back and brought me out the correct meal that i ordered the first time. Thank you for hiring just an amazing kind human being. I asked him if he was a supervisor or a manager? He said no. He told me that he has been working there for 6 years now. I said you need to at least see if there is any position opening up for that roll and apply for it. Out of all the In-N-Out stores i have stopped at, so for this is # 1 in my book! When you have someone that care so much for the customers like that, should be looked at to move up in the ranks. I am a UC Davis Profl III for Volunteer Services. I'm always looking for Volunteers for my hospital. I asked King to please join our family and volunteer at the Medical Center. I know he will make our patients and quest very comfortable when they are at there weakest moment. I just want to say, King Wagnon, I know you're going to be someone big! keep doing you!
