I am going to give them a 5/5 for food but their time estimate and customer service is a 3/5 at best. The good first; the chicken biryani was good and fresh (I am not an expert but it tasted good, the second biryani I've had in my life this place was recommended to me by a friend that insisted on them). The appetizers were pretty good too no complaints besides a slightly harder paneer than expected but it was fried. The mixed bread was a great way to sample them. The bad side was the lack of kebob options by Monday evening. Wife wanted the hariyari, sorry that's out of stock we only have Tikka and tandoori, okay go with Tikka. We place the order and are told 20 minutes. Almost 15 minutes go by and they tell us they only have tandoori. Ooof. There must have been a huge order ahead of us since we noticed three huge catering tins waiting for pick up. We eventually waited 35 minutes. Double ooooof. Once we got home though. It was amazing. While bonein chicken is difficult to eat it was tender and juicy, my wife loves her tandoori chicken and the paneer 65 was the right balance if spice. I hope we can come again and not be behind a multi hundred dollar...
Read moreYesterday, I made the grave mistake of ordering chicken biryani from Paradise Biryani Pointe. Within two hours of picking up my order, a foul odor emanating from the food became unbearable. It was clear that the food had spoiled, a gross violation of food safety standards.
When I confronted the restaurant management about this appalling incident, their response was both dismissive and insulting. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence, they accused me of spoiling the food myself. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency is absolutely unacceptable.
The owner of this establishment displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their refusal to acknowledge the issue and resolve it amicably forced me to involve the local authorities. Only after the threat of legal action did the management reluctantly agree to a refund.
Paradise Biryani Pointe's deplorable food quality, coupled with their abysmal customer service, makes it a place to be avoided at all costs. I urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment and save themselves from a potentially harmful and certainly unpleasant...
Read moreWe recently ordered one and a half trays of chicken biryani and one tray of goat pepper fry from Paradise Biryani Pointe. While the goat pepper fry was fantastic, the biryani unfortunately arrived stale with a noticeable smell, and we ultimately had to discard it, which sadly disrupted our celebration.
The following day, we approached the restaurant to discuss the issue. Initially, the owner denied that the biryani was stale and the interaction quickly turned tense. The conversation was not handled as we had hoped and felt unnecessarily difficult. After about an hour of back-and-forth discussion and only upon us contacting the health department, we were finally issued a refund.
This review is not intended to harm the owner or the restaurant’s reputation in any way. Rather, we hope it will encourage the team to maintain high food standards for all customers in the future. Everyone deserves a meal that is fresh and enjoyable, and I trust this feedback will help the restaurant make improvements...
