Really enjoyed this place. My hiking crew was tired and wanted to eat before we headed south and was recommended to remain on Main street. At fjrst was a little confused because we were looking for a restaurant and it was a bar. When we verified its the place, we stuck around. It was a super chill place. we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Good service, QR code scan menu, live band playing and good amount of food served. My friends tried alp their drinks 😅. It did start getting more and more packed as the day preceded. There is parking available as well. Clean bathrooms. Overall, worth coming back if in area.

Unfortunately, the prices on their online menu are not the same as their paper menu, but it doesn’t say that anywhere! You don’t find that out until you go to pay. Don’t get me wrong, the food tastes good and it was really nice that because there are no waitresses you don’t have to pay a tip, but upfront menu pricing is important. I’d still return though. Edit: the QR codes that are on the table take you to an old menu (1st screenshot) whereas their website has the updated menu (2nd screenshot)

The staff was amazing and friendly provided plenty of utensils and whatever needed for my take out order. I was informed about the long wait which was 45 mins. It was a 6 mins drive back. The food was cold. The mac and cheese was absolutely horrible, not traditional. The cornbread was pretty amd moist. The avocado cucumber salad didn't have dressing and taste old. Highly disappointed after waiting 45 minutes.

I had the pleasure of organizing a team dinner for a large group, and The Angry Hog truly delivered an exceptional experience. Working with Joe was a breeze, as he provided valuable recommendations for our menu selection. The brisket was hands down the favorite among the dads, showcasing the quality and taste that The Angry Hog prides itself on.

Our spread included a variety of delicious options such as pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked thighs, brisket, Mac and cheese, slaw, macaroni salad, garden salad, and even chicken fingers for those with simpler tastes. The meal concluded with delightful desserts like apple crisp and banana bread pudding, leaving everyone satisfied and content.

Opting for the delivery and setup service was a wise choice, as they arrived punctually and had everything ready for our dinner service at six o'clock. The convenience and efficiency of their service truly elevated the overall experience for our gathering.

If you're seeking a refreshing change from the usual dining options, I highly recommend giving The Angry Hog a chance. Their delectable offerings, exemplary service, and attention to detail make them a standout choice for any event...

Ordered take out. Expected fried pickles spears and a simple sandwich with smoked turkey. Forgot the ranch sauce with the pickle slices instead of spears. Missing half the bread on the sandwich filled with deli meat. The $80 Texas meat tray fell very short on the flavor for the ribs and the chicken; sausage was made by someone else, and the brisket was simply covered in pepper. Absolute disappoint ment from a high rated BBQ joint. Overall, it is a good price per pound, but I have a feeling the quality may only come with dining in and drinking plenty of flights. (Updated 7/21) I emailed Joe the following morning (7/20) for a follow-up and haven't received any response or...
