I grew up in South jersey outside of philly ...one of the sushi capitals....this place was the first place I ever ordered sushi and actually what turned me onto it...I always had rave reviews cuz of that...till 10 years later I go back I get two rolls....a lobster tempura and a baked salmon...no on the menu the backed salmon states its fresh raw so I figured maybe it was the roll that was tempura or baked who knows what they r doin in different places...anyway...I get it and my "fresh raw" tuna is baked till the point of inedibility and the lobster was so dry and Fisher smelling I actually didn't keep it down long....I call back after eating 3 pieces because I figured try one of each and then you know what suck it up Jen just eat it... And that's when I started feeling nauseous so that was the end of that... I called the restaurant they try and tell me that the manager is not available that they don't know when he's going to be back blah blah blah and I said I'll be calling every 20 minutes until he's back so we will see what the resolution of this will be but I wanted to get this review on here prior to mass vacationers possibly making a big mistake and thinking this is a good place for sushi.... there is a place in Littleton New Hampshire that makes bomb Sushi in Littleton on Main Street that's the only place within a 60-mile radius I would suggest getting Sushi if you'd like a really good place to go... We'll see if the man gives me my money back or not but I have a feeling I'm going to be getting a fight with these people... I'll keep you...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend were traveling from out of state to stay at a resort nearby, to celebrate our 2 years together, we came across this place from flyers and thought it sounded good, (now I will say we forgot to read reviews before going so that was on us). We got there and the decor was really confusing (to me at least) it was kinda everywhere. We noticed there was only 2 people working but it wasn’t that busy so that didn’t matter. the service was fast and they sat us quickly they brought us complimentary water and our menus. I was really disappointed about the cups the water came in, they were so dirty, my girlfriend pulled some sort of dirt out of hers and they were just not clean. We eventually ordered, and our food came out a little to quick for what we ordered, we ordered Spring rolls, Egg rolls, Pork Fried Rice, and 2 orders of Chicken lo mein. And all the food was out within 10 min. I mean Like okay, great.. fast service, but…….. not that good of food. The Spring rolls were fine, the Eggs rolls were overcooked and really hard, The Pork Fried Rice felt and looked microwaved. it was all clumping together and was just a brown pile of mess it was cold in some areas and really hot in other areas. Then the lo mein seemed to be microwaved also. It was hot in some areas and cold in others, the chicken was also grey-ish looking, overall wasn’t a great experience. And probably won’t be...
Read moreSuch a terrible experience that I could write a novel. Got seated at a table that was dirty and had a spilled drink all over it. No one came to clean it for about 5 minutes. Waitress right away told us we couldn't split the bill because it was too busy. (Only a few tables were filled.) Got drinks that didn't taste the way they should and had too much alcohol in it. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out and each plate came out minutes in between eachother. My plate was the last one to come out and it was a half hour after everyone elses. I got the lemon chicken it was was so dry that it had no flavor and flakes away in my mouth. I went to another waitress because I couldn't find ours, and asked for a manager and she said that there wasn't one and that he can call me another time because it's too busy. THEN my friend sent back her plate because it made her sick and the waitress said she's going to get a manager 😒 but then came out with the cook and he put her plate back in front of her and said "if you want good food, don't come back when it's busy. Come back when it's slow and you'll...
