3 Things: Bad experience at THIS Arbys earlier today. Arbys is usually one of my go-to fast food restraunts. I had never been to this location before, and I was highly disappointed.
I came through with a simple order that i stated clearly. I said my order in the sequencs that I did to ensure that I wasnt upcharged for a meal, but my drive-thru worker made it a meal without asking or telling me. this made the order more expensive. I was also charged for a water. I also paid full price for happy-hour sliders. my order came out to be like 10 dollars more than what it was supposed to.
The slowness and carelessness of the employee was irking as well. I worked with Chick-fil-A and we park cars to wait for their food ONLY for convenience of other guest behind them. I was the only car in this drive-thru for an entire 10 minutes while they prepped my order, and the employee asked me to pull forward and park.
Additionally, this isnt a complaint on the restraunt as much as a preference. But if anyone is looking to try the BBQ Bourbon Brisket Sandwich... it was really not that good actually. Mine specifically was cold, and so was my wife's roast beef. Sticking with the basic usual order is...
Read moreI placed a delivery order that arrived ahead of schedule through door dash. I called the location to report all food that i recieved was oce cold ant that i was missing items. This was clearly an operational issue. I spoke with Joseph the MOD and he said i will remake your food. I then asked to at least to be compensated for my fee and tip for my gas and time to come and recieve all my food and hot. He said no so i asked for his supervisor name and schedule he gave me his name but refused to give me a time when his superiors would be in so i may contact him. He then told me Ethan his supervisor wanted him to relay a message that it wasnt his problem. I asked for corporate office number and as a manager he didnt know it and refused to assist me. Read moreI ordered online and when I walked into the store the young lady was finishing my shakes. She then put my 2 orders of crinkle fries in a bag. I was informed there was an order ahead of mine, which I understood. What I didn't understand is why my shakes were melting and my fries were getting cold while the order before mine was assembled. Nine minutes later my sandwiches were put in the bag with the fries. Then the bag sat there while the young lady delivered the order to the group and made a couple trips for additional condiments. I finally asked if she could hand me my order that was just sitting there. She rolled her eyes and handed me my order.
