Where to start! Placed an online order. Order says it was ready in less then 10 minutes. Should have been the first clue but. Go and pick up the order. The person working the counter was more interested in hanging the Easter decorations then helping the customers in store. Once they seemed content with the decorations, they started helping me. I picked up my order and left. Unfortunately my order was incomplete. Not a huge problem, call them up and figure out for next time. But the phone goes straight to a FULL voicemail! Then we move past the incomplete order to a pizza that was soggy, tasted more like grease and was undercooked. Go back up to the store for a refund since the one nasty bite, I lost my appetite. No one in the store can give a refund! The person not pictured with the eye shadow was nice and tried to help but the person pictured that was the "MOD" clearly was bothered by me, didn't want to help, refused to give me a name and just took my pizza to the back and refused to come talk with me.They stole my food and my money! Read moreI don’t frequent this location often, but after my last experience I will never he back. When I arrived to pick up my order, ordered through the app, I gave the girl my name and she said I wasn’t ready (the pickup portal had been broken for over a year). She then proceeded to tell me, like I was inconveniencing her, the time it should be ready since I picked the time, I did not it was set by the app. After waiting over 20 min and listening to employees cut up and then watching people who came in after me, place their orders, and then leave with their food I got upset. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t refund my money since it was an online order, this is a lie because they did refund my money. I heard them tell this to another customer as well. The final straw for me though was when I was explaining to one of the employees the situation and my wait of over 10 minutes, at this point I did not realize I had been waiting 20 minutes, he respond was oh wow 10 minutes now leave.

Read moreThat was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. One of the workers literally stood there with his mask under his chin and stared at me but wouldn’t wait on me. Another worker from the back had to come to the front and wait on me. When I ordered two bags of crazy bread the one worker who wouldn’t wait on me and blatantly ignored me so rudely disappeared to the back. The kid that waited on me took my money and handed me two bags of crazy bread. When I got home and opened a bag to give to my son it was a bag filled with dry breadsticks. No sauce, no cheese, nothing. You can’t tell me that they “forgot” how to make crazy bread all of a sudden. They weren’t even busy. I was like the only customer there.
