Very horrible experience I called to place my order for my family at 6:55pm and advised at the beginning of the call that I was placing and order for delivery, I received a call back 45 minutes after the fact asking if I was paying cash or card and advised that they didn’t know the order was for delivery, which didn’t make since because if I never mentioned delivery then how would they have known to call back and ask for payment method, I only live 10 minutes away from the location, so 30 minutes goes by and I call again to ask where the order is. And the lady argues back and forth that we never mentioned we wanted delivery and said that she obviously didn’t here me say delivery at the beginning of the call which is very bad customer service! Another 10 minutes go by and I finally jus called to cancel the order, I wasn’t even sure if my food would be hot at this point , when I called to cancel she mentioned that they seen the order was for delivery at the last minute , which would prove that they have been lying and switching the story from the beginning and that I actually did mention I wanted delivery, she said that the driver had multiple orders with them and should be there any minute , I ended up canceling my order , and this has been the worst customer service an the lady answering the phone was very rude and argumentative, if I could give 0 stars I would ! This was at the pingree grove location...

When we arrived today, the primary lot was full. We weren't told until we already were in the lot. It would've been nice for a "lot full" sign or someone more clearly directing traffic, as it created a bit of a bottleneck getting in the lot.

We were quickly seated for our reservation. The waitress was nice enough but didn't seem too concerned that we were greeted or served quickly. There was no beer menu at the table, and we were not really helped much when we asked about beer options.

The biggest issue was how long the overall experience took. From seated to drinks, then appetizer to meal and finally check, it was two and a half hours. The only way this was handled was we were just told "the kitchen is backed up". It would've been nice for our drinks or our appetizers to be comped, or some other sort of compensation for the insane wait that our food took.

The live music was great, and the overall vibe was very relaxed.
