This store seems to hate Door Dash customers.
We have pretty good patience and respect for fast food and service workers due to our history in working customer service type jobs. We've also been ordering from this store since before the start of covid, and nothing seems to have changed, so this should tell you the level of patience that this store has trampled all over.
We order quite often. Sometimes once a week, sometimes multiple times a week, sometimes we're low on money and hold off for a couple weeks before ordering again. But we've been ordering from this store for years DESPITE the persisting problem that will be detailed below.
They CONSTANTLY, almost every order, forget to include at least one item, whether it's just a drink or a small burger, or, in the case of today's missing item, a whole baconator. After all these years of just refunding instead of complaining (After all, it's fast food, they're probably really busy and made a mistake, right?), we decided to call and make a complaint.
They hung up on us before even hearing us out.
And we weren't shouting or being rude, all we said was we've been ordering for a long time and this is a constant problem. Apparently they don't want to hear it, so they hung up instead of listening to us.
We got the refund, of course, but now we're sure this company just hates Door Dash customers and possibly other delivery customers and purposely screws up our orders to get us to stop. Well, they've got their wish. We're tired of it. Corporate has been notified and we're posting similar reviews on Door Dash and other sites.

On a 10PM drive-thru, they forgot an entire sandwich (one of only two) and shorted everything else more than I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant - two or three inches off the top on drinks, maybe enough fries dropped in the large-size boxes to make up a respectable small. Annoying, but we just went around again.
Immeasurably worse, and the real problem - when we did go to get the missing sandwich and fries, they fixed the sandwich but neglected the fries, and on this being mentioned, the manager, Brianna, accused us of lying, multiple times, saying that they never give out fries that light and that she had packed the bag herself. She was visible sweeping in the background when the bag was being handed out, so I rather doubt that. She then blatantly refused to do anything to correct obviously and significantly shorting us on everything it was possible to short, and simply pointed out the phone number on the back of the receipt.
Literally the only review I've ever written for a restaurant, and the only experience I've ever had bad enough to warrant one, even counting other local fast food places that regularly forget stuff, but are excellent about apologizing and immediately fixing the problem.
This was beyond unacceptable behavior for a customer-facing employee. I am extraordinarily displeased and may not return to this...
Read moreHad the wendys app on 2 phones.. we ordered what i thought was $1 double stack.. so we ordered 2.. got to the windows and the first girl said $1.06.. i let her know that i had 2 wendy apps for 2 free signature drinks.. she said ok.. i gave her a $5 bill and 12cents.. it took more than 15 minutes in the drive thru for them to get this correct.. it couldve been settled faster if she would have given the correct total for the double stack.. i would not have mined paying 2.39 for each.. but instead they were confused at me having 2 wendys apps.. it was 1 on each phone.. there were 2 of us in the car.. 1 person behind us drove off.. the 2nd person stood beside his car and yelled to us to go inside.. i was not.. maybe they were new but the manager came and spoke with them twice.. i dont know what about but when he spoke to me and informed me that the double stack was not $1 anymore, i understood better.. they had given me both drinks and we still had to wait on the double stacks.. by this time it was about 4 workers standing in the drive thru window.. we did not eat the double stacks.. threw them away because they couldve been tampered with for this trouble.. we rarely go to this wendys because it is very slow and fries can be hot 1 time and the next cold.. sandwiches are rarely hot.. good luck with...
