Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodway

i have been ordering from Marco’s for well over 6 years and their food is Great, written checks more times than i can count however today the driver shows up with my food and states they don’t accept checks after me using checks for the last 6-7 years. Have to call the restaurant and spoke with Tristan, stating he was the manager. Even after me telling him all of this, he refused my method and i received no food. I can not believe people would write a bad check for 20.00 worth of food but nothing surprises me today. Tristan was not helpful in the matter and i guess taking my check and not throwing my food away was not his thought process. Knowing where someone lives and refusing service and food is just not American at all. Boo Marco’s, if you can’t tell the difference in your customer base i am sorry but things happen and checks are still written by good people so i was just judged from someone else’s bad check. I did follow up as in the reply, i have a flat and am trying to find help. The main reason i ordered for delivery as my debit card has not arrived yet in the mail. I was told the owners were the only ones who could make a decision to take someone’s check. i am very picky about what foods i eat , still no resolution to my problem of being stuck and hungry. Thanks for the compassion Marcos, will be my reason to not ever order from this...

We order from your establishment in woodway at least weekly on line and we always order the same thing. When my order was delivered the cheese pizza I ordered my son was wrong. I called and spoke with your manager dawn. She argued with me about the pizza saying I ordered it wrong I explained to her that I always order the same thing and that were loyal customers and order sometimes twice a week. She kept interrupting me telling me I was wrong and if I wanted another pizza I had to pay for it. I told her no proper customer service making sure the customer is happy. I told her she was fixing to lose a customer and she said she didn't care. She said if you admit you ordered it wrong I'll send you another pizza and I told her I was not going to admit something I didn't do. After arguing back and forth for over 30 minutes she finally said she would send another pizza but she wanted the one they previously sent back. I said no problem I'll give it to the driver when he brings the correct pizza.

I used to stray away from Marco’s cause their prices were so high, they didn’t have the gimmicky deals like other pizza places. But after getting turned off by service at another pizza chain a few years ago. I decided to give Marcos more of a shot, I am so glad I did too. Let’s talk quality, you get what you pay for, and Marcos has high quality ingredients, which make for a high quality pizza. Their pizza is worth every penny! Yeah you can get cardboard with cheese and sauce and a few other places cheap, but why would you want to rent your food when you can get something that is edible and just tastes good! Their sandwiches are awesome! When we tried those I was amazed at how good they were. I tell you I have not gotten anything from this Marcos I don’t like. On top of all of this their service is amazing! They are so friendly and quick, every time they deliver it surprises me how fast they are. If you want a change from your normal pizza companies give them a try...
